The hotel was generally okay and clean, enough for 2.3 nights. Now for the details. The staff were friendly and helpful. The normal double room was very sparsely furnished. No closet and generally little storage space, just a mini table. The side shelf and the night lamp hung far too far above the bed, so you had to be careful not to bump into them at night. The room windows couldn't be opened wide, they could only be tilted; this is correct upon asking the staff and cannot be determined by the guest themselves. Bathroom is small. Shower but large, generally sufficient, but again no possibility to let towels or something dry. The breakfast was underwhelming, 3 cheeses and 3 types of sausage to choose from every day, 3 jams, honey and some types of muesli with toppins. But rolls from the supermarket and scrambled eggs not made from eggs but from powder or something like that. When I asked for a fried egg, I was told that there was no oven or stove, so that wasn't possible. Only the coffee, milk coffee etc. was delicious. The location was great, just a stone's throw from the old town. There is public parking right next to the hotel for 5 euros per day.

incredibly bad reception. Never experienced it before.don't understand German or English well. Book wrongly and you can't reach anyone by phone.I had booked several rooms for my employees to attend the trade fair.My employees are now receiving partial invoices. But I booked all rooms on one invoice. Just racing and complications. I never again!!!

Modern hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. When it's called a hotel, you have to tidy up the room every day, otherwise I call it renting a furnished room, I've heard so many excuses why you don't clean, but I don't buy that.

The hotel charged me twice for the same stay. The first time on the day of check-in and the second time on the day of check-out. Even though I wrote to the hotel several times about this matter, I did not receive any response, and almost a month has passed. I understand that mistakes happen, but I cannot accept the hotel's lack of response. Customer service and complaint handling at the Radisson Hotel is non-existent! The case has been reported to Booking.com as the booking agent, but has not yet been resolved. I'm slowly losing hope of getting my money back. It was supposed to be a nice holiday stay, but I was left with a bad taste due to the fraud...

Rooms almost no shelves/hangers made of plastic (where you have to be afraid of them breaking), no way to put things down or hang them up in the bathroom, no tooth cup available/The breakfast doesn't justify the price, the same sausage (cheap) and cheese (cheap) every day ) only the different types of coffee were good. The location was great and you could quickly get to the old town on foot or by tram, the staff were very friendly and attentive. I wouldn't book it again.

Room OK, unfortunately the TV doesn't work. Breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately the room is only cleaned every 3 days, which is not enough for me personally

It was my first time in a prizotel and I was expecting the well-known Radisson service and the usual friendliness. But the arrival was rather modest. A simple “Welcome - Nice to have you here - how was your journey” would have been half the battle. However, a grumpy "I'm free" awaited us. Come over (yes, first name form) and so the whole check-in process continued. The room was okay, but nothing more, and although the breakfast the next morning looked like there was a lot to choose from, it was just average. Cheap cold cuts, just tins and conviniens and the tetra pack scrambled eggs won't get anyone out of the oven anymore. The location to the trade fair is okay, it's a good walk to the old town.Would I book a prizotel again? I'm not sure.
