I stayed at the accommodation with my boyfriend and our dog over the weekend and was completely satisfied with everything. The landlord was available at any time and responded immediately to any questions that arose.The apartment was modern and equipped with everything we needed.We also booked through Booking, but cannot understand the recession of our previous poster. It says "Pets allowed" in large letters on the booking page, but with the note that they must be registered in advance and fees may apply. For those who can read, I just say...When we made the booking, we informed the landlord that we would be traveling with a dog and would also need a parking space. We also received confirmation for both straight away. The additional small fee for our dog was completely ok and the parking space was free.All in all, we were completely satisfied and would like to come back.A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to spend their time out in Dresden.

We booked through boocking. The homepage showed “Dog Paw” – pets allowed. We traveled with our dog weighing less than 6 kg and were satisfied. My mother also traveled with us and stayed in another apartment next door. On the 3rd day we received an email asking us to pay 25 euros per day for our dog for not registering. we should put it in cash in the mailbox on the last day along with the door cards. We were shocked and tried to reach an agreement with the property manager by email. Without success. The Schillergarten Apartments’ imprint stated “Dogs are not allowed”.For us, this is a glaring flaw in the homepages. Even when registering (online), you couldn't enter the dog. We fell into a trap. Our holiday feeling was over. At our request, we received a bill for 125.00 euros as a penalty for 5 days with a dog.The rooms are modern, clean and attractive. The small kitchen was also well stocked. However, a small stove was missing. We couldn't make eggs for breakfast. Take a look at the exact location on maps beforehand. It is located directly on a busy street with trams and constant traffic jams. We had the impression that the train was running through the apartment.

My tip for anyone who wants to book a stylish and great ambience with a brilliant location. Direct access to the Elbe and just a short walk to one of the most beautiful beer gardens in the city. We are very excited. Therefore 5 stars.
