Super centrally located. The room in the hotel was great.Unfortunately, parking spaces are in short supply. If you're lucky, you can park cheaply on the street.

Coziness in wood meets modernity. Everything just fits. The furniture, the kitchen, the bathroom, the dining area, the desk - everything is great. You can watch TV or chill from the comfort of your sofa. A small balcony is enough to get some fresh air. The restaurant is cozy and stylish. The view from the roof terrace is magnificent. The staff is just great. The location of the house is perfect. We'd love to come back.

This is not a hotel! It's a hostel! Here's why. 1. There is no housekeeping service. It is cleaned once if you stay 4-6 days, and once if you stay more than a week. No towels until then. If you want a towel, you have to pay an extra 3 euros. 2. No professional concierge service. When I stayed here 3 years ago, I was impressed by the kindness and stayed again, but now a part-timer responds. When I checked in, I paid everything in advance and made a reservation, but it was absurd that I was asked to pay more than 500 euros. When I said I paid, then they agreed. Even if I ask about places to go around, they don't know anything, so they google like us. There is no cleaning service, so even when I ask for bloody pillowcases to be changed, they are stiff without saying sorry at all. 3. When I said that I would check in early because I was sick, they told me to fill the remaining 4 nights even if I was sick. 4. There is no direct lighting in the room, and it is very dark because it faces north and is surrounded by buildings. can't even read the book 5. Breakfast is not possible in the building, and if you want to eat breakfast, you have to go outside and find it. I ate breakfast at Felix's restaurant three years ago, but it's not open anymore. 6. The living room and room are separated, but there is only one trash can in the bathroom. 7. There are no slippers and gowns. 8. If you are in Dresden, book with Hyperion instead of here. There is a 24-hour concierge, daily cleaning, and even a sauna! 9. I booked a long-term stay with memories from 3 years ago, but I regret it now. Why did it change like this??!!!

For the third time I lived in the living house. The location is undisputedly brilliant and the suites are well equipped. However, the price increases and the service decreases. There is no longer an extensive breakfast in the house, the roof terrace is often closed or only has reduced opening hours and the staff is not always very friendly.

It is in an important location for sightseeing in Dresden and the rooms are very good. 6 people visited and we were able to stay comfortably.

Great location, great facility. Great apartment with all amenities. Friendly welcome, great views on the roof terrace.The only drawback: no associated parking spaces. You have to park in the public underground car park next door, for which we paid 84 euros for 3 nights!!! have paid. You definitely think about coming back...

Very nice rooms for families up to 6 people. Central location directly at the Zwinger. Picture is from the roof terrace to the Zwinger - cool restaurant on the roof.

Ideally located, great rooms and a rooftop restaurant and bar overlooking the Zwinger. And the rooms affordable, garage in the house but expensive. Right in the center, it couldn't be more central! Very friendly staff.
