Many thanks again to the ladies at reception!Very friendly, helpful and charming.Rooms (apartments) are separate from the reception and breakfast room, which is in a hotel next door. However, I don't see that as a disadvantage - but we also had good weather.Apartments are small but nice and ours - for 2 people - is perfect, with a direct view of the Frauenkirche. The price for this: regular time announcements via the chime of the bell. The converted market square “improves” the acoustics immensely. There are plenty of restaurants and sights within walking distance from the door! That more than evens out.The parking situation is terrible! However, the ladies (and gentlemen?) mentioned above are happy to advise. We were in the Semper Oper car park (5-6 minutes walk.)PS: Breakfast was also great in terms of quality and selection.

Great location across from the Frauenkirche Church on the main pedestrian square. Comfortable bed and spacious apartment. You can pull your car into the alley right behind the apartments and the gracious front desk clerk will happily explain the parking options. We chose the most economical lot which was the public parking near the police station where you don’t have to pay for parking between 10pm (?) & 8am. They have a parking app so you can pay by phone. And it wasn’t that far a walk from the apartments. We did not opt for the breakfast at 19€ per person as that seemed very steep to us. We chose instead a coffee shop and had a coffee & croissant. Would definitely stay again!

NOT FOR SENSITIVE MINDS.Entrance areas and hallways haven't been wiped for a long time. Those who can stand it live centrally and quite comfortably.

Price-performance out of proportion. Rooms with carelessly thrown together furniture that look as if they were picked up from a bulky waste truck. Noisy at the front because of the restaurants (but that's understandable), but unfortunately also loud and odorous at the back because of the 24/7 extractor hood of the restaurants and their garbage disposal. Blazing hot in summer. Either you can endure the 30 degrees plus or the noise/smell. The only positive thing is the central location.

It's 1996... That's partly how you feel here.I'm almost 190 cm tall, I can't fit through any(!) door here without either bending over or turning myself into the door (I'm not fat). The mini shower is also exciting, as I just wanted to turn slightly and immediately pushed the shower doors open without meaning to. The bathroom is a very hot topic anyway, with the charm of 1996... tile design from the decade, shower tray not at ground level, exhaust air (probably) not working. The apartment is a good size, clean, the staff is nice. Unfortunately that was it. There are 4 TVs in the apartment, what's really annoying are the motion-controlled lamps in the bathroom and kitchen... Suddenly you're in the dark. - the noise of the street cannot be avoided, the windows are soundproof (unfortunately this doesn't help when it's over 30 degrees without air conditioning) - Conclusion: once and never again. A lot of money for the charm of 1996...

The two stars are for the nice employees and the location. We stayed in apartment 34, house 4. For starters, the entrance for the reception looks creepy, and the elevator seems like you're about to get trafficked. It's non inviting and hard to find, even though the receptionists were lovely. The hallways were incredibly dirty, like they've not been cleaned in ages. The apartment wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't for the kitchen: a literal bunker designed to murder. There were no windows, no oven, less than 5m2 with no natural ventilation that was noticeable when the extraction hood didn't do its job properly (plus every utensil was dirty, truly disgusting). Nobody came to clean the rooms daily as it was promised, and the pictures of the website are from a different hotel, literally nothing to do with reality. Moreover, the elevator didn't work for the last 2 days of our sojourn. Getting the luggage down was definitely an interesting experience. Although, we got "recompensed" with a free bottle of water. Again, the receptionist was very friendly, shout-out to her!Our views were to an alley full of trash that provided a lovely smell of garbage, tends to happen when the room is above the back of a restaurant. The walls were very, very, very thin, we listened in full detail to the act of love of our neighbors, with no escape in the whole apartment. However, the employees were very sweet to us (they deserve a raise), and the location was spot on, in the center of Dresden, 10 steps and you were in front of the Frauenkirche. Also, the restaurants around the hotel opened until late and the food was crazy good (we recommend "Las Tapas").Hope this helps anybody.

Great, thank you very much. The price for the location is a shock to us. We are a family of 5 people located in a huge 3-room apartment. There are a lot of dishes and the kitchen is equipped. The restaurant is right below us, there was no noise, but it was a weekday. We will definitely come back here.
