When we got there, the key box did not work, even though we had made a reservation over the phone only 1 hour before. We ended up using over an hour trying to get it to work (as this was the only place we had booked). In the end we had to sleep in our car. All in all a teribble experience.

Rooms very noisy. You can hear every word spoken by the person next to you. And often late into the night. Breakfast is also very minimalistic (hot drink and croissant)

We stayed overnight on the way through. Despite booking confusion, we received our rooms. We ate at an Indian restaurant in the same building. Very friendly service.

No code to check in after a long back and forth, Expedia helped us and reached someone. No apology. No registration whatsoever. The room was ok and there were still documents in the drawer from the previous person. Even the next morning no one cared that we were new. The breakfast includes free coffee and chicken. Other things you could get out of the machine for money, so off to the bakery you had a delicious breakfast. It was a shame

Room with totally dirty carpet. There was also carpet everywhere in the restaurant, even on the walls. Everything was also very dirty. The breakfast is an absolute joke. Baked rolls and dry croissants and drinks are available free of charge, or better yet, included in the price. You have to get the covering from a machine. The vending machine had sweets and Philadelphia (€4.40). No cheese slices or sausage. There were two pretzel rolls and one normal roll in the basket. Behind us, four more people came into the breakfast room. Filling is rather sparse. Since there wasn't any good toppings in the machine, I got some cereal and milk there for €3.40. I put the milk straight into the muesli and ate the first spoonful. That was totally disgusting and I looked at the date. The milk had been expired for 13 months. I then said something and was told I would get my money back and the woman disappeared. I thought to get the €3.40. But she came and never came back. After a long wait, the woman walked through the breakfast room. I spoke to her again. I was told "right away. I have my wallet upstairs". I said that we've been waiting for this all the time and want to leave. Then she said “right away” again. When I complained, she got the money. We had lost our appetite for it. We checked out early and booked another hotel online. Never this hotel again.

The hotel service was unrecognizable. We booked a room for up to 5 people, 4 of which were beds and the rest were sofa chairs that were probably picked up from the spear waste. None of us lay down on these “sofa beds”. In addition, there were blood stains on my “freshly made bed linen”. The view from the balcony was good and the rooms were okay. Unbelievable but true, we couldn't check in properly. We didn't even have a booking number and had to try like idiots to get into the hotel. After we called the “great, trustworthy” boss, we came into the hotel. We couldn't check in properly, we only checked in after 3 days and checked out again at the same time. While the boss was taking some drugs in the smoking lounge, she sent the cleaning lady (hotel manager) back and forth like a dog. Whether the woman gets any money at all is the one million euro question. Breakfast was a rip off with a few dried out croissants and free coffee. You had to pay extra for butter, jam and more. And in a vending machine. Unhygienic = definitely. The cook didn't even want to work and didn't come until after 10 o'clock. There is much more to say…. The conclusion is that this hotel has nothing to do with a hotel. Please don't go!

Incredible. Rooms are nice and the hotel is clean but that's the only good thing about this hotel. Arrived on a Thursday and the reception was permanently empty until Sunday. We had to chase the receptionist through the hotel twice with the help of the cleaning lady, only for her to sit in the smoking lounge and fill herself with nicotine. Apart from that, no one was ever at the “breakfast counter” which, by the way, only consists of old, dry crossaints. You even have to buy the butter separately. When we called the boss she sounded like she was on drugs and took 3 minutes to answer our questions. The whole lounge stinks of cigarettes and as if that wasn't enough, when we checked out the woman told us that the prices were completely different than agreed. The woman also forgot to give us a reservation number, which is why we tried like idiots for an hour to get a key when we checked in.

Rooms were okay but the reception was catastrophic. I've never seen such incompetent people. There was only one employee who did everything and who was really normal. The rest of the staff behaved as if they were under the influence of drugs. Especially the boss, who only smoked in the smoking lounge the whole time and couldn't be found. That's why we couldn't check in for two days because the boss didn't care a bit about us. In the end I had to pay more than agreed. That's not possible. In addition, the included breakfast was the "morning starter" which consisted of dried-out croissants and coffee, which was also a disgrace because you had to pay extra for butter.
