Everything is just right here. Service, cleanliness, rooms. I'm very excited about the food. The card reads like a poem. I'm a new regular customer and really enjoy it. Thank you for the great welcome and the easy check-in. Thanks for the cleanliness in my room! The location alone is so brilliant. 2 minutes to the Neumarkt an der Frauenkirche. So all around, PERFECT!!!

We stayed at the condo and we loved every second of our stay. Very comfortable bed, clean shower and tub. Very clean all around the room. The parking area was easy access, little tight parking spaces but so as everywhere else in Europe, so no problem for us. Felt safe to leave our vehicle. Internet was in and out but not so bad. Can’t beat the location! Easy walk to everywhere, so much beauty all around and the history! We will definitely be coming back. We are already looking into making reservations for our next trip.-Only the bad/soso point would be…Front reception man can be nicer, he made us little uncomfortable and slightly rude, giving us impression that we are wasting his time by checking in. Maybe he had a bad day 🤷.

The Innside Dresden is a new hotel with a great location.. .!!!!!!!, 1 minute from the Frauenkirche.....!!!!!!!!The house itself is modern, clean and technically well equipped.In my opinion, the service and the food could still be improved somewhat, but that is certainly a matter of personal opinion..!!!!!!!I can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience and will definitely come back...!!!!

Let's get it out of the way: the location is impeccable, right next to many of Dresden's historical and cultural landmarks. The check-in was a bit fiddly, as they had implemented a tablet to enter your own details, which didn't really work, though. However, the staff was friendly in guiding me through its quirks. The rooms are nice, but standard for a hotel like this, perhaps even a bit on the small side. It's quiet, despite being in the city. The breakfast buffet is expansive, has vegetarian and vegan options (though a bit too little vegan options for a modern hotel imo), and the staff there is very nice too.

We had a room "The Studio" in SeptemberThe hotel is very nice, the room was large, everything was clean.Bathroom with large bathtub and rain shower.Minibar was stocked free of charge.Unfortunately the room was very dark, so we had to turn on the light during the day, in the beautiful summer weather and sunshine!!The view from one window was gloomy!A large house under construction, scaffolded and covered with tarpaulins.Construction work began at 6:45 a.m. on weekdays!You would have this depressive state when bookingmust be pointed out, as it is not conducive to recovery.Otherwise everything else is positive.We'll be back, but not in such a dark room again!Rode family

Hello, I wanted to book a room for my wife and I directly today.Unfortunately I wasn't satisfied.We don't like credit cards.I asked if I could make an advance transfer for the period.That wouldn't be possible.The employee was barely understandable.We'll go somewhere else nowlodge.M.f.G😎😎

Nice neat room. Quietly located. Breakfast has plenty of choice. The minibar is free and is also refilled when you consume something from it. Friendly staff. We found the parking quite expensive, €30 per day. We therefore chose to park opposite the police station. Located around the corner from the hotel. This is a public parking lot and costs €12 per day.

Well situated in the historic centre of Dresden with friendly reception staff. It’s a modern hotel and has comfortable rooms with all expected amenities . There is a roof top bar with a great selection of drinks and good service . I think breakfast could be improved and it’s busy but that’s obviously a personal view.

I have been a guest at the hotel several times. nice rooms great location. But I won't stay there again because what the hotel does is a disgrace. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights (through hotels.com). Price €702. Then had to cancel 1 night for personal reasons. According to the hotel it wasn't possible, I had to cancel both nights and book again. So far everything is ok. Both rooms canceled, when rebooking now price 652€ for 2 rooms. This is dubious and a reason for me to avoid the hotel.

In the Twist Bar on Saturday evening at 10:30 p.m. a good 10 seats were reserved for later guests and we were sent away. In the lobby we only get one last round and the information that the seats in the Twist Bar are reserved for VIP and regular guests and that the bartenders are not happy about that either. The drinks in the lobby are tasteless and more ice cubes (see photo of ice amount of a drink for 15 EUR) as a drink for hefty prices. We definitely won't be coming back. It remains to be seen whether the turnover from VIP and regular guests will be enough for the hotel in the long term.

My girlfriend and I stayed from September 6th. until 10.09. a long weekend at the Innside Dresden and stayed overnight in the townhouse room.The room was very clean and modernly furnished. A big plus point was the freely accessible minibar, which not only had water but also other drinks. The view from the room was also excellent, with a direct view of the dome of the Kunsthalle. The bathroom was also in a clean condition.The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, so there was something for every taste.A special highlight was the “Twist” bar. Although you should be aware that you pay a slightly higher price for the bartenders' craftsmanship, the drinks were really excellent. The bartenders were also extremely friendly and very attentive.The location of the hotel is ideal – right next to the Frauenkirche. Sights such as the Zwinger, the Altmarktgalerie and Prager Straße as well as numerous shopping opportunities are within easy walking distance. The nearest tram stop is only about five minutes away.However, there is a point deduction because the sauna was not accessible to guests on two evenings from 8 p.m. due to filming, presumably for an image or advertising film for the hotel. We wondered why these recordings couldn't take place outside of regular opening hours to allow unrestricted access for guests.Overall, however, we were very satisfied with our stay and can fully recommend both the hotel and our room.

We had an extremely late check-in because apparently no one bothered to clean our room on time. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 AM, but we didn’t get our room until 3:15 PM – after repeatedly asking. No apology, no free drink, nothing! They shamelessly told us the hotel was fully booked, but that was a blatant lie. I checked the hotel website, and there were rooms available for the exact days we had booked. Unbelievable!The parking garage was another joke. 30 euros per day for a tight duplex garage where you had to go to the lobby every time just to have the doors opened. So if you wanted to drive out, you first had to take a walk to reception. Super annoying and way too little space for the cars!The room itself was completely run down. Scratches and stains on the furniture, an air conditioner louder than a construction site, and the toilet seat had stains too. No shower cap in the bathroom, and the hairdryer was disgusting – covered in hair! 🤢 And to top it all off, the cleaning lady barged into our room without knocking, even though the sign on the door clearly stated we were in the room. Absolutely disrespectful.As if that wasn’t enough, our room key stopped working after 1 PM every day. We had to go to the lobby each time to get a new card. And the cherry on top? The elevator went up and down so fast it almost made us sick. Not fun, just pure stress!Bottom line: This hotel is a nightmare. Awful service, shabby rooms, and way too many annoying details that made the stay unbearable. Save your money and find something better!
