If you are looking for an affordable clean place with a lovely family as a host this is the place. It’s tucked away from the busy street so you will not have issues with noise.

Nice economic bungalows in very central location. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel only serves breakfast. Monkeys often visit the premises. Quite a lot of steps to take to some of the bungalows so keep that in mind.

A very nice place. This gem is hidden in a side street of the main street. I was actually going to stay here for 4 days, but I have been there for more than two weeks now.Room is bigBed is wonderful. Staff and owners are very friendly. After another accommodation address did not meet the expectations shown, I was able to return here immediately.Because it is so small-scale, it feels very familiar, and this is also one of the places that has a great swimming pool

The owners and staff are very nice. Their dog Bochi is very sweet. Sometimes monkeys are on the grounds but they leave you alone. The pool is good for a refreshing dip.

Very comfortable hotel, with a pretty garden and a beautiful swimming pool, right in the center of Ubud but very quiet. The hosts are really lovely, we feel like home. I wanted to extend, unfortunately the hotel was full.

Favorite in Bali for this extraordinary place. I was supposed to stay 3 nights and ended up spending a week there. All my boxes were ticked in this place: kindness, attention & kindness, quiet but right in the center, magnificent swimming pool and superb room with terrace and spacious bathroom, delicious breakfast included and a very affordable price for this service. I will go back to show my children this place.

Perfect location right in the middle of one of the main streets of Ubud (Monkey Forest), yet once inside the property and the bungalow everything is very quiet. Very well located for access to activities, shops and restaurants on foot. The swimming pool is clean and well appointed. Breakfast is made with fresh produce which is a big plus! The bungalow is efficient and functional. As for the staff, NOTHING to complain about! The welcome was warm and all the members of the staff were attentive to our needs and always friendly and smiling! Thanks to them ! I recommend this place for a stay of less than a week, you will have toured Ubud and its activities, plus the value for money is excellent! Go for it! 😁🙏

Great hotel for a holiday. Cafes and shops nearby. Very friendly and unobtrusive staff, they will help and explain if you need anything, cleaning every day. Delicious breakfasts that you choose yourself. We found only two minuses: very poor Wi-Fi reception in the room, more or less from the terrace, and weak pressure in the shower.

My stay was perfect. I love this place. The room is very clean and spacious, the staff is 24h attentive and friendly, nice and clean swimming pool, and the best part is the breakfast! A whole menu to chose from and delicious options. You can see the monkeys jumping around from your room balcony, would defined be back! ❤️ thank you Kartika

Stayed here for 8 nights (originally planned 5 but extended my stay as I got sick and didn’t want to have to travel) and here’s the good and not great:Good:Location - right off a main street and near the monkey forest. Easy to walk to many restaurants, cafes and more but also fairly quiet in the room area.Staff - friendly and very quick to help your request. Not great with complex English requests but it’s still 1000x better than my Indonesian so I appreciate it. Laundry was provided for about 70,000.Rooms - clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom especially I appreciated was cleaned well everyday and had good lighting throughout the rooms. AC worked well.Not greatAnts - Rooms aren’t the most bug proof and ants are quick to come in room and after any stray crumb. However that kinda just comes with being in the jungle. And I only had one or two mosquitoes in my room the whole time.Wi-Fi - Good job of having wifi routers across the property but in my back room I kept getting disconnected. Try to get a room closer to the entrance if you need internet 100% of the time.Stairs - Didn’t bother me but if your an older individual there are a dozen or so steep stairs on the property to get to the rooms. Didn’t bother me but worth mentioning.No hand soap - Getting picky here but had body soap and shampoo in the shower but no hand soap by the sink. So pro and con I guess.Overall this was a very calm and nice family hotel with quick access to the streets of Ubud and the monkey forest, a nice (though small) pool area for chilling and relaxing, and decent breakfast included.

I lived here for 2 months (#8) and I can confidently recommend this place! It's amazing here. In the very center, but there are 2 options to avoid traffic jams. There is absolutely everything you need nearby.On the other side of the “river” there is renovation going on, so it can be noisy for several hours a day, but it didn’t bother me; it was almost inaudible in the room. The owners are amazing people, I will miss them❤️ and the staff are all very nice! Breakfast must be ordered and delivered every morning; the menu is quite large. My favorite is an omelette with vegetables) The room has everything for tea/coffee and a refrigerator. The air conditioning always worked properly and life was pleasant. Large bathroom with bath. The pool is always available) the area is monitored daily, very clean and beautiful. This is excellent value for money!
