340€ for a junior suite, with a dirty shower and broken floorboards, is a bit too expensive. Unfortunately I can't recommend it.

Well doable for one night at that price. The parking lot was narrow and full of gravel, but there was still a space available on the street. Uncomplicated booking by phone. The room had everything we needed, only the WiFi didn't work smoothly. However, the balcony ran the entire width of the house - partition walls would be a great thing here... 🤔Breakfast buffet was pleasantly quiet, as only two other tables were occupied, and better than expected: there was something for every taste and included in the price!

I would have given this hotel 5 stars because the breakfast and reception were great. But what's wrong with room service? That was pretty disappointing. The dirty shower mat was simply folded up and folded up again. So I think that's a minimum that can be changed, I haven't experienced anywhere else that it isn't changed every day. And if you already have glass doors to the bathroom, you should wipe them too. Ours had toothpaste stains and they weren't ours. Then there are coarse lime stains on the shower cubicle that could also be removed. Yes, it's a shame it wouldn't have been a lot of work

Reception wasn't manned, but that doesn't matter. The key was ready.Nice atmosphere, modern furnishings. The shower was hot and hard. The room is a dance hall. Very good.

Absolute disaster - never again! The cleanliness leaves something to be desired: various hairs found in the bathroom. There is no air conditioning, just a fan, but that doesn't help. You can't leave the balcony door open because you can hear the neighbors and the balcony is continuous. It can happen that there are strangers in the room.It is ok that the reception is not staffed at check-in. However, we didn't see any staff at breakfast either. One got the impression that used dishes should be placed on a cart. The hotel is located directly on a street.Absolutely disgraceful for the price paid.In short: once and never again.

Due to their size, rooms are more reminiscent of rabbit hutches. The parking lot is covered with gravel, which is great for getting in and out of the park when you're already lying in the beds that are way too soft. It's unbearable without air conditioning or a fan in the rooms, windows open and you can't sleep because of the gravel. But breakfast was quite ok.Not recommended for longer than one night. No dinner, just outside.

We didn't think we would end up in such a nice hotel for the price. Were pretty surprised. Really nice room. Very big and clean. You feel free in the room and not so restricted. A balcony with a great view. Even though it was on the street, it didn't bother us at all. Because of the great view you couldn't even notice the traffic.

We booked the hotel spontaneously and were happy that there was still a room available. We were told the room was in the basement, but we didn't expect anything like that.Anyone could have looked into our room via a staircase that led to our (dirty) terrace, so we had to keep the blinds closed the entire time. The rooms in the basement were cheaper than those on the upper floor, but the fact that the rooms were so dirty and bad was not okay. The walls had lots of disgusting stains (yellow and red), the slatted frame was broken, so the sleep you had in there was terrible. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned, the floor was full of water and you couldn't even sit on the toilet properly because the step to the shower was right in front of the toilet. In addition, you were woken up early by the loud people in the hallway, as it was very noisy in this basement. At breakfast there was hardly any food left and you can't speak of clean and tasty things (cold pancakes, hardly any sausage/cheese, dirty dishes, no fruit/vegetables) and the breakfast room was completely overcrowded. When we asked to get a better room or to cancel, we were only rejected with the statement that they were trying to get a better room, which of course didn't happen.
