Well located near Europa Park, room was nothing special but clean and price okay, definitely okay for one night. Great service: you can pick up a ticket at reception for one parking spot at Europapark or alternatively for the shuttle train. Check-in times are very flexible and are also possible outside reception hours. We were satisfied and will definitely come back.

Functional hotel with a good breakfast and very friendly and guest-oriented staff. Motorway 2 minutes, Rulantica 5 minutes...it couldn't be better.

The hotel is completely fine, I have nothing to complain about. Breakfast good. Everything included. Good beds, clean rooms. You always have to see what you pay for it, and everything is and was good. Perfect for visiting Europa-Park and Rulantica. I would book again.

Neat room, beds were very hard for us, duvets were very thin. Food quite busy. When checking out, we wanted to put the suitcases in the car first. They came after us angry that we still had to pay tourist tax while we still wanted to come back. There is no communication about discounts on the bus or free parking tickets. Had here

Good and functional hotel in the immediate vicinity of Europa Park.The price is unbeatable.The breakfast is ok. Nothing extraordinary, but I don't expect that in a hotel like this. The only point of criticism is the narrowness and noise in the breakfast room.The room is clean and has everything you need.The staff is very friendly. It's a shame that the reception is not staffed in the evenings. The room cards are open and accessible to everyone in envelopes at the reception. That should be improved.Due to the proximity to Europapark and the unbeatable price, we will definitely come back.

The location is great. A discount store (Norma), the "Ringsheim" train station and the stop to Europa-Park are only a 3 to 5 minute walk away. Late check-in was very convenient, the hotel cards are in the envelope at the reception. Breakfast was great! I didn't really like the bathroom with the fabric curtain. And the carpet in the hallway could also be replaced, but that's not all that bad.

Near the train station. A supermarket is nearby, as is a restaurant. Breakfast is quite okay. The night before Europa Park is quite normal. There is a place to run along the fields in the morning.

The hotel is very close to Europa Park and Rulantica!Breakfast is reduced but ok. Unfortunately our coffee machine was broken.The staff is friendly.The ambience is rather functional.It's very noisy and the bed was a disaster.

The reception is mostly unmanned. Which means that you hardly get any information. The Europapark parking ticket is not refundable as advertised, but you can get one at reception. Which is of course difficult when no one tells you and the reception isn't staffed.Huge, thick spider webs hang from the ceiling in the hallway. The shower curtain was dirty and was hanging loosely from the holder.The breakfast is like a bad youth hostel, both in terms of atmosphere and taste.The discount for not changing towels was offset against the non-refunded parking ticket. So we were lied to again about 5 euros. I rarely complain about hotels, but I don't like coming here anymore.

A very nice hotel. We were very satisfied. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. Not far from Europapark. Only recommended.

Price performance for Europa Park visitors is top. Breakfast is also very good. Only the general cleanliness could be better. We were there for 3 nights and spiders and webs were not removed from the hallway. The room was fine, just a lot of dust and lint under the bed.

Unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users. I am a wheelchair user myself. The nice lady at reception did everything humanly possible to make my stay possible. I would like to thank you very much for that. Rooms with blinds. Very clean. In the anteroom you can take extra towels if you forego room cleaning for a €5 credit. Approx. 200 m to the train station and Norma (open until 9 p.m.) and the kebab snack bar.

Air conditioning and fresh bread rolls are advertised. Air conditioning consists of a table fan. Rolls maybe fresh but from the lecture. Mold in the bathroom and partly poorly painted over. Cleaning staff provide emergency exits, the emergency exit was open non-stop during my stay. The location close to Europa Park is probably the main reason why many people book. Okay for one night, nothing more.

Great value for money in a hotel 5 minutes from Europa-Park and Rulantica!The rooms are large, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is great.There are plenty of restaurants nearby for the evening.I highly recommend!
