We spent one night here in transit with our family and dogs, although it seems more for assembly workers. The agreements were right, the lady at reception was very hospitable 😊, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was very good. Gladly again.

shack. Completion of Swabian thrift. No staff, no clean rooms, no good facilities, no clean bathroom. The worst thing I've seen to date. Mold thrives in the shower drain door. But prices like a world champion. In the evenings, Romanians drink in front of the front door. Everything littered. Only pay in cash. Despite a device that was right on the counter. The man, who doesn't speak German, didn't want to give me a receipt either. It was so bad that some women cried to sleep in a house like that. It's not a hotel! But the boss on the phone was friendly and tried her best to take care of it. But that's how you save yourself money. You could do more with it.

Unfortunately we chose this hotel because there is nothing free in the area. The price is way too high for what it offers. €85 for a value up to €45. Germany is becoming too careless.

Unfortunately not good service. The room we ordered was not open as agreed (late arrival). It was only after several phone calls and discussions that the room I had ordered with its own bathroom was opened to me instead of the supposedly prepared room with a bathroom in the hallway. The street is quiet, but from 7 a.m. on weekends the staff sits on the bench in front of the guest rooms (non-smoking) and smokes and chats. Don't come back.

It was almost 0 degrees at night and the window was broken, the heating was off and the fridge was broken. It took a long time for the problems to be resolved and the children couldn't go to bed until late.

Friendly welcome, the room was very noisy, otherwise clean and acceptable. The breakfast was very good. Quite ok for simple requirements. .

The hotel/motel is not worth the name. I don't normally give negative reviews, but the house is so underground and the operators are brazen to no end, so here's my description. The building next door is particularly unreasonable. Room 29. The wall where the trash can is is decorated with sauces from leftover food. Just like the blinds. The furniture is new, but that doesn't make up for the cheap, painted-over condition of the room. When I entered the bathroom, I was met with a mix of cleaning products and the smell of urine. Bathroom is equipped with the cheapest hardware store products. Shower cubicle broken, crack across the shower. Toilet full of urine stone. The toilet bowl looks as if it were from the 60s of the last century. We booked 3 rooms for a week. But we moved to another hotel the next day. My clothes in my travel bag still smelled like that Eckel hotel days after I moved out. Everything had to be washed in laundry. Unfortunately you have to give one star here, but the hotel would have deserved minus 2 stars. 65 euros per person per night is a disgrace, the rooms are not worth 10 euros.

I definitely can't recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are old, there are traces of dead insects on the walls, there is a smell coming from the beds that I could never have imagined. I strongly advise against it. Asylum seekers also live on the ground floor. I advise against it.
