Rooms not particularly clean, WiFi can be improved. The televisions didn't work due to a technical error and they charged the full price for that. You can park for free and there is a train right next to the hotel. The beds are fine. All in all I was a bit disappointed 😞

I don't understand the many positive reviews. The rooms are very run down, cleaning or good cleaning doesn't really take place, the prices are exorbitant and the breakfast selection is very small. The two of us traveled for two nights. The rooms are totally run down, but the cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. Stains on the bed, hair everywhere and everything stuck. After a complaint we were given another room, but we had to complain about that too because of the cleanliness (dirty toilet and shower). Housekeeping was then sent straight up to us and we were able to see for ourselves how the cleaning was done here: the fittings and toilet seat were briefly wiped down with a dry cloth. The toilet was not thoroughly cleaned or the shower tray or bathroom floor was cleaned. Instead, new hairs were left everywhere. We complained again and moved back to the original room. The next problem was the TV, which didn't seem to work throughout the hotel - the problem wasn't fixed until we left. Basically, you book and pay for a room that you can hardly use and that doesn't feel nice in terms of cleanliness. The breakfast was a complete disappointment. Just under 13 euros for old rolls, some cold cuts and muesli. There are no warm snacks such as scrambled eggs, bacon or similar. The breakfast room is also very, very small, absolutely not worth the money.We will definitely not be coming back and will avoid this chain everywhere from now on.

This B@B is absolutely not recommended. When you check in in the afternoon, the nice gentlemen already know that the TVs in the entire hotel don't work and they actually charge you the full €800. An absolute disgrace. Not even a hint that there are technical problems. First let the little man cash in. Only after you have discovered that the TV is not working is the problem explained to you. Really weak. That's the most convenient way.Only after a complaint was we credited with a breakfast day. It would have been fair to point this out to the customer before check-in. The bathrooms urgently need to be renovated. The silicone joints are really disgusting in places. In our bathroom there was even a small tile missing from the shower tray. The apple juice was still not refilled at the second breakfast today. Here we charge 100% for poor accommodation.

Everything was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The hotel was easy to reach from the center by tram. Great bouldering hall next door and lots of shopping opportunities insideBreisgau Center. The breakfast was good and tasty.

The quality and cleanliness of this hotel has deteriorated greatly. It looks downright dingy.The team makes a very indifferent impression.Given the price-performance ratio, you can stay somewhere else, at least it will be clean.That was much better and it would be desirable that the B&B standard would be restored.I've enjoyed being a guest here so far, but I'll think about it next time.

Sufficient for overnight stays without any major demands on hygiene and cleanliness. Breakfast not necessarily recommended for the price. The location is good, with access to public transport. Stops are less than 100m away. There are also sufficient parking spaces and charging stations.

We have been coming regularly to the B&B Freiburg Süd for some time now. Checking in using the access data sent to your cell phone is very good. You can still say hello at reception and not just run past.The rooms are functional and comfortable. The WiFi works, the bathroom is equipped with everything you need.The breakfast is delicious and rich.The employees are always friendly, helpful and courteous without exception.We'd love to come back.

I use hotels a lot for work. Never had such a dirty room. Apparently a user in front of me really messed up the room. But since the bed and mattress were completely clean, the “accident” happened a long time ago. The carpet wasn't really cleaned afterwards. But since there was no one at the check-in, there was no way to complain in a timely manner. A plastic rail lay on top of the dusty cupboard. At night, the air conditioning system, which was switched off randomly, made noticeable noises.Some of my colleagues also had rooms with problems, for example a strong smell of tobacco and many bathrooms (including mine) had a strong smell. The smell of tobacco was reported the day before and they wanted to take care of the matter here too. It smelled the same after the meeting the next day.Overall, the rooms seem very worn out.I complained in the morning before breakfast and people seemed shocked. No compensation etc was offered.But I'm sure the next guest will find the room identical.

We really enjoy being guests at B&B Hotels. But we've never experienced anything like this. Dirty rooms, broken showers and what doesn't work at all, no coffee at breakfast!! ☕️ There is only one coffee machine and it didn't work! And we booked breakfast too. How does something like that work?? The person in charge was of the opinion that the machine was broken... strange, the coffee machine made everything (cocoa, warm water, etc.) except coffee... because the coffee grounds container was full. She couldn't manage to empty it... but everyone was left without coffee. That's what I call service 👎👎 and how can it be possible to have a single coffee machine for such a large hotel? But we should pay well!!We are beyond disappointed and we will not come here again.

Hotel is a bit old.Location is ok, bus and train are nearby.Unfortunately there is no space to store bicycles overnight.Our room wasn't very clean. There was a lot of mold on the ceiling above the shower in the bathroom.I wouldn't stay there again.

Everything in itself met the expectations of a hotel but I would still not go to this hotel chain again.There was a smell in the whole hotel and the reception staff were unmotivated. There is not much emphasis on cleanliness or customer friendliness.
