The AC is just a fan it doesn’t blow cold air and there is no hot water in the shower. Ok for a quick 1 night sleep but wouldn’t stay for longer than that

Very dirty, the horror movie saw type toilet, no soap, bathtub with drain all rusty, dirty and cobwebs on the ceilings, bad mattress, bad smell, spiders in the bed, if it's not Halloween it's worth any other of the area at the same price

HIDDEN GEM! Absolutely in love with this place!! I'm shocked to see the poor reviews as this place exceeded my expectations. It's in a lane in Ubud so it's very quiet despite it's prime location in the center of Ubud. The garden is immaculate, they spend so much time pruning it and it's just gorgeous. With a pool and if you have the balcony you overlook both of these as well as a rice field and the sunset. The rooms are a bit older but it doesn't really matter when youre busy around Ubud. I loved hanging out from a break of the busyness of Ubud either on my balcony or in the pool/garden but most especially with the puppies!! They have two new puppies that are so adorable and the highlight of my day. Wayan the owner is such a sweet soul and beautiful human. We had many chats and he has a beautiful story. I will definitely be coming back and in the mean time I will miss this place. Also they clean your room everyday which I didn't even need it I told them not to but it's a nice touch. Highly recommend especially for the price !

The place was completely dirty and taken over by cockroaches. The sheets were stained and dirty just like the rest of the room. There were holes in the walls. Everything was dirty, old and disgusting. As I complained they gave me a spray for roaches (had to spray it all over the place) and changed the sheets to another ones (as you can imagine dirty too). In the morning I complained about the dirt and bugs to someone who seemed to be the owner (initially they also refused to let me talk to him) but he and the rest of the staff just laughed in my face, insulted me and said I quote ‘this is normal and we dont need you so complain all you want’. Ive travelled to numerous places in Indonesia and around the world but never had such a terrible experience. They think that just because of their central location they can completely ignore the condition of the rooms and the quality of service. They do not deserve a dime from any tourist. There are so many places around Ubud for the same price or even lower that will make sure you feel comfortable in their establishments. You can find some of the pics I managed to take, there could be way more but it was quite late when I arrived at the hotel and the entire situation was very tiring and upsetting.

The environment is very beautiful, it is quiet and pleasant! The pool is super good and the room had two balconies. The bathroom was a little old and the bathtub drain was bad.

When being shown my room was told the ac was not allowed to be on after 10pm which is ridiculous when advertised that they had AC , there was also a massive hole in the bath which is dangerous and no shower pressure at all . Male Staff were rude when checking out just said give me your key before I even got to the reception no thank you or thanks for staying . Would never stay again much nicer accommodation up the road for less also

Cheap and cheerful. Thanks for the 4 pillows. But the air conditioning is installed horribly, it is impossible to sleep when cold air is blowing on you, and without it it is hot. The biggest disadvantage is the dead Internet. It’s impossible to work, watch a movie too, the speed is incredibly low, and there are also constant disconnects

Cons: Worst and oldest room. Bugs came in. Shower water pressure really sucks. They clean the room regularly but it is too old to clean now. Renovation needed.Pros: Friendly staff. Nice location. Good and clean pool with a beautiful garden.

We had a blast living here even only for 3days and 2 nights. The owner, the staff, the ambience, the place, other guesses, ohh they all are so nice!!!It's accessible to wherever you want to go in Ubud area. We will definitely come back and stay here when we are in Ubud! Like definitely!
