A touristy place to stay where you can find many restaurants nearby. Disappointedly we could not find any local restaurant serving their authentic dish.Owner and the staffs there are always present for you when needed. Rooms are very clean. Location is good too!! But there is no safe deposit box. 😍😍

Nice hotel. Nice staff! If you ask something, they are always there for you. Rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable. Also close to the center of Ubud.

It was so convenient because it was in the center of Ubud. It was cleaner than I thought! Good value accommodation! It was disappointing that the toilet didn't drain a little, but other than that, I was satisfied with everything!

We were very comfortable. The room was very comfortable, very large, spacious and very comfortable bed, we slept very well every night, with a refrigerator to keep your drinks cool, television in Indonesian but entertaining evening programs (channel 831😂). The modern bathroom with shower, screen, towel rack, hair dryer, very little light, yes, I would have liked a little more light in the bathroom. I would also have liked some curtains that let in the daylight to have a little more privacy, our room was on the ground floor and people pass by constantly. The super silent air conditioning👍🏼. Would I repeat? Yes, without a doubt and they also make up your room and replace towels and toilet paper on many occasions, you just have to tell them and sometimes they even ask you themselves. The staff is lovely!! They are very nice and helpful and always with a smile, it is the best thing I take away from Bali, its people. Thank you Kasapa♥️

It's a good idea to stay in central Ubud for a day or two and go to Monkey Forest or the Grand Palace. Or stay for a long period of time, more than a month. There are not many rooms. About 4 rooms? Just like Airbnb, you meet the host and receive a key, and when you check out, you just leave the key behind. I think the swimming pool is shared with the building next door. I didn't use it.The rooms are clean. Towels were not replaced. I think they will give it to you if you ask for it.

This is the best accommodation in Ubud!!I've moved accommodations three times in Ubud, and this is the best of them all.Good location/First time staying in a place with a hair dryerShower filter can be replacedNo bugs in the accommodation/ Spacious and comfortable beds/ State-of-the-art facilities/Wi-Fi and SIM card worked well/Bright and spacious room (most accommodations in Bali were dark)/Friendly staffI needed help with something, so I gave him a tip, but he flatly refused and asked me to accept it.You barely got it...Please use the balcony room on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor seems a bit humid.There's also an outlet on the balcony, so it's great for using your laptop!Monkeys come often, but they are not a threat.

Stayed for 5 days and there is no separate lobby.When I checked in, I didn't have any small money, so I stayed in the room without leaving the room, probably because they asked for a tip, and later when I cleaned the room, they gave me 2 tips.Always carry important items with you.After going on tour, I lost my sunglasses in the room.I asked the room cleaner and he said that the monkey may have taken it to the terrace.

The location is good (close to Monkey Forest and Ubud Market), and if it's hot or raining while walking around, it's good to come back to the accommodation and rest and then go out again, the facilities are clean, and the staff (thank you, Karexi and Madei) are all friendly and friendly. It's great to drink coffee or beer on the terrace while looking at the lush garden. I originally booked for 8 days and was planning to move to another accommodation, but I liked it so much that I extended my stay for 20 days. The wifi was fast so it was great to work. I loved Ubud so much that I plan to come back and will stay here again. Thanks to the accommodation, I made many happy memories in Ubud. Thank you kasapa inn 😆

New Hotel, still under construction but it will be really good when everything will be done. All in the room was brand new so no complaining at all. Still it needs a few details to be done/fix (leaking shower, no bin in the room…) but in general nice. The pool was clean and no one in there (it felt like private at that time).

Comfortable apartment with very good value for money. Very well located on one of the main streets of Ubud and close to everything interesting. Very comfortable bed. With TV. Large and spacious toilet. Balcony with table and chairs. Small fridge.

Located in the center of Ubud, this hotel in which we spent 8 nights was very clean, close to amenities (launderette, supermarket, restaurants etc.) and the monkey forest. You might come across a few monkeys if you stay there during the day! The owner is attentive and attentive to the needs of his customers. There were few reviews about the accommodation because the building is renovated but we did well to go there, it's very quiet and we feel good there.
