We booked a junior suite with a whirlpool at the hotel, but unfortunately the overall picture did not meet our expectations - especially in terms of value for money.The reception was rather disappointing. The young man at the reception seemed insecure and shy. He hardly spoke and only briefly handed us the room card with the brief instructions as to which floor we had to go to. Unfortunately, a friendly and detailed greeting was not to be expected.The room itself had an unpleasant smell, which greatly spoiled the first impression. There were also deficiencies in terms of cleanliness: the bed linen was not ironed and the bathrobes were sloppily folded rather than neatly folded. The whirlpool was visibly a bit old, but still worked.Another drawback was the empty minibar, which unfortunately wasn't stocked with any drinks or snacks - a small but unpleasant aspect that made the stay less comfortable.Another point that bothered us was the very poor sound insulation. You could hear almost every noise from the neighboring rooms and the hallway, which didn't exactly make the stay relaxing.The breakfast was, as described in other reviews (on booking), very disappointing. The sausage seemed old and the selection was really limited.Another negative detail was the check-out: we were not asked how our stay was. No small conversation or feedback requested - which would actually be a given for a hotel of this category.We definitely expected more for the price. Overall, the stay was unfortunately not satisfactory and does not correspond to what you would expect for a hotel in this price range.

Actually a decent room in the industrial area with parking spaces in front of the house. Unfortunately, these cost an extra 8 euros per night, which you have to pay additionally. If I had to pay in advance, it should be on the bill the next morning. Then the room has an air conditioner that turns off when the key card is not in the room. When we arrived the room was 29 degrees warm, I thought it wouldn't be possible to get cool later through sightseeing and air conditioning. And then the refrigerator, which was completely empty, was installed in a closed cupboard in this room. The result was that it started humming loudly at short intervals. How to get rid of that? You take all the glasses out of the room, fill them with water and put them in the fridge, and then around 2 a.m. the humming becomes more consistent and quieter.

Room was clean, 2 pillows to choose from.Unfortunately, nothing can be obscuredVery noisy roomsReception was not manned upon arrival, there was a telephone number at reception.After our call and the information "I'm having lunch, I'll be back in 10 minutes" and waiting another 20 minutes, we were able to receive the key.Now for the worst breakfast I've experienced in all my years.First there was a blast of indefinable music, but after repeated requests from us and the other guests, it was fortunately turned off.The food was simply inedible and clearly not fresh.Sausage and cheese are wilting, vegetables from at least the day before.Eggs were floating in broth, muesli and flakes wouldn't come out of the dispenser because they were so sticky.When I pointed this out, the only response I got was “it can’t be”.Freshness and service looks different.Every cabin hostel is more comfortable.A pity.

The breakfast was very poor. The cleanliness was mediocre. The negative was that one of the towels in the bathroom was stained with blood, which means that they were not changed before they gave us the room. The positive was that we came back late at night from leaving and the room card had been demagnetized and was not we could enter the room. in ten minutes a person came to open for us.

Unfortunately, translucent curtains, so you can't sleep in the dark. The location is a commercial area and the staff is unfortunately difficult to find. The restaurant is also closed.

The industrial area "In Laisen" is THE local recreation area for Reutlingen's city center residents who are plagued by fine dust. On the wide, well-developed roads you can comfortably drive an SUV or sports car. Various micro, small and medium-sized companies invite you to window shop or shop. Good to know: the hotel “In Laisen” is also located “In Laisen”.

There was enough parking space at our time. (You have to register to use the E pillar, payment via RFID is not possible)The hotel itself is not particularly inviting. (personal feeling)Our room (Junior Suite) seemed rather carelessly put together with pieces of furniture that were of poor quality.In addition, it did not offer sufficient options for darkening. Light from the industrial area shines through all night long.The building has quite loud noises.Sleeping comfort was generally 3/10.Cleanliness can be improved, but we are not overly sensitive here.The whirlpool works, but for me it is a rather uncomfortable version.Minibar is available, but in our case it was unfilled.It will stay with one visit.

Very nice, tidy, comfortable 3 bed room. Lots of space, with armchairs, table, chairs and lots of sockets.Very good location, you can get to the city center in just a few minutes by car. Staff was also very friendly.
