All in all very nice. Very nice rooms, nice service and friendly, helpful people. The swimming pool was a dream for us because it finally had warm water, which we have never had anywhere else. Great sauna and infrared cabin.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are well equipped (television, balcony, bathroom, comfortable bed...). Indoor swimming pool, underground parking paying €6, and a restaurant where you eat well. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a somewhat narrow street where the parking spaces are not private. Pleasant setting and friendly staff. I recommend 👍

Great hotel! Spacious interior. It is a bit of an uphill walk to the hotel, but you get a beautiful view in return. You have a lot of nice things nearby.

We were here with our whole family and were more than satisfied overall. Whether it was the room, kitchen, pool, hotel app or service, there was absolutely nothing to complain about. On the contrary, we can only warmly recommend the house to everyone. As an example of the great service; When the staff noticed that one of the children had food intolerances, they offered to go shopping especially for them. Simply great, gladly again.

We can only recommend this hotel. We had the family room and that was wonderful. Sufficiently large, clean, everything was tip top. The food in the hotel was also really tasty. Breakfast has a great selection and dinner was delicious. The view from the hotel is also great.

The rooms are big and comfortable, but they do not have air conditioning. A bit uncomfortable for Americans who are used to A/C. Request a fan, and you will be fine during those warmer summer evenings.

A very clean and well-kept hotel, with large rooms and balconies. Nice view of the town center as it is located on the mountain. Also ideal as a starting point for hikes. All sights are just a stone's throw from the hotel

Our stay at the Schwarzwald Residenz Triberg was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. Traveling with a large group of thirteen, including children, can sometimes be challenging, but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. They are incredibly child-friendly, with a wonderful atmosphere that made our little ones feel special throughout our stay. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of options that satisfied everyone in our group. What stood out even more was the staff's flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs whenever necessary, making us feel truly valued as guests. One of the highlights for us was the inside swimming pool, which provided endless fun and relaxation. Additionally, the hotel's provision for large groups was impressive; we never felt cramped or overlooked despite our numbers. A special touch was the passes we received upon arrival, which granted us free access to all RE trains, the stunning waterfalls, and a picturesque outdoor swimming pool. These little extras really enhanced our experience, allowing us to explore the area without any hassle.Having stayed in many hotels throughout the year, we can honestly say that there were no downsides to our stay at the Schwarzwald Residenz. It's rare to find such a perfect blend of comfort, service, and attention to detail. A big bravo to the entire team-we will definitely be returning!Greetings from Belgium, "Großes tisch",Familie Denis
