Reservation for one night. We came by bike, impossible to put the bikes in the rooms or in a secure place.The reception did not help us find a solution.The cancellation fee was 100 euros. I was charged for the full night without any explanation or email invoice in return.

No greeting from the young man upon arrival. Very serious facial features I lacked empathy and friendliness. Rooms poorly EQUIPPED. But it was very clean, that has to be said. Conclusion: It doesn't cost much, but you don't get much either. I think I will go to another hotel again in the future.

Unfortunately we initially received a room that had not been cleaned. The answer to that was simply “sorry”. The next room was ok so far, but upon closer inspection there were stains on the tiles, a used ear stick from the previous person on the floor, hair on the back of the toilet, etc. Unfortunately, the advertised Smart TV was no longer "smart" due to the hotel programming. The fact that there are free parking spaces in the area is window dressing, as they are either reserved for residents or limited to a maximum of 2 hours. So you have to park in the underground car park for €15 per night and there were only 2 parking spaces there too. The breakfast is standard and therefore too expensive at €16.But there are also positive things to mention... the beds are super comfortable! The location to the city center is very good and the service of renting bikes for free is great! All in all, you can easily spend a weekend here to explore Freiburg, but the cleanliness urgently needs to be worked on.

Absolutely okay for a business trip! The hotel and the room don't inspire any enthusiasm in me, but it is modern and the reception and service were particularly nice.My TV with WiFi didn't work, but someone came immediately to help me. The lady couldn't solve the problem, but since I have enough data volume, I wasn't so dependent on WiFi. I didn't have breakfast, but I took a coffee to go with me!

The hotel itself cannot be faulted. The service and rooms are good.Unfortunately, people kept arriving overnight who didn't believe in a bit of peace on the streets.

Modernly furnished, room is a bit small but you can get by! There is enough storage space for luggage and the table is also large enough. The bathroom is large, but there is no shelf space for cosmetics etc.The breakfast is varied and there is a good selection! Very friendly employees, helpful and friendly! The location is okay so far, not really central, but you can quickly get to the city center or the train station thanks to the tram. Restaurants and supermarkets are available in the area

The hotel is in a good location the windows are very well insulated. Unfortunately the walls don't. You can hear the neighbors and what you definitely always hear are the cleaning ladies from 9:00 a.m. moving the beds back and forth on the floor so that it just makes a loud noise. So you will be woken up automatically. I was greeted by a large hole in my duvet, which can be seen in the photo. The people at reception are all super nice, but I won't sleep here again.

The hotel room was very small and not particularly nice. It did not correspond in any way to the pictures from the internet and the hotel's website.There was mold in the shower, which is really gross. Especially when the night costs €138.The coffee was also a disaster and rather undrinkable. 2 water and two bad coffees €14Why there were two stars: the bike rental worked great and the staff was very friendly.

You can't even open the windows properly. AC is crap. Motel One is much better and more central.Update after their comment:Yes you can ever so slightly open the windows, but that's it. Pathetic reply. Never again.
