When I saw the ratings of 3.8, I was skeptical at first. This is actually a bad sign for a hotel. But I think that there was criticism here at a high level. What do you want as a guest? Sleep peacefully in a clean environment. It's clean. It is comfortable and functional and the location is quiet. It's not strange in any way. That exists too. It is a reasonable business hotel. I can't say anything about breakfast, I didn't book it, but the room looked neat and I think it would be filling. And I like the bathroom. I want to remodel my home and this concept is one that I would implement.

This is a basic no frills hotel. Breakfast is included and there is something for everyone. Bacon, eggs, sausages for the Brits and a selection of meats, fruit and yoghurt for the continentals. The rooms are clean, although there are signs of wear and tear. It's close to a train station and relatively cheap. If all you want is bed and breakfast and aren't concerned with the location then you'll like it. No complaints here.

A bit far from most things. But you have Uber and trains. I personally like being close to things. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean. Maybe a few more hooks 🪝 in the bathroom and a small shelf in shower would be nice.

Simple furnishings, ok location due to proximity to the subway - poor labeling, see photos. At the bus stop turn left, see photo. Only blackout curtains, no other curtains. Reception is really very friendly, drinks machine, Lidl, Aldi, Penny and Rewe in the immediate vicinity, good pizzeria as well.

The MK Hotel is functional without a lot of comfort and, in my opinion, is in the lower equipment segment.I was in the area for three days on business and this hotel was conveniently located. Immediately after checking in, I complained about the room assigned to me because it simply wasn't clean. Thick layers of dust on the cistern, "dust mice" on the floor and dirt in places that are actually hygiene areas. That is not how it works. However, after my complaint and after showing the pictures of the defects on the phone, I was assigned another, cleaner room. They were definitely very friendly. But I probably have to accept paint stains on the walls and a loss of quality in the room furnishings in every room. The view out the window is sobering, you see stacked garbage cans and orange cars from the city's construction yard. The room doors either slam so hard that you sit vertically in bed and the walls shake, or you have to close them forcefully. In the afternoon the sun shines on the entire hotel facade and heats up the rooms on the parking lot side. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning. But there is a dusty fan. I find the simple breakfast with cheap baked rolls and the basic morning ingredients to be far too expensive for €14, considering the fact that there is obviously a significant saving in quality here. A parking space can be booked for an additional €8 per day. Overall, the impression of poor maintenance and cheap materials as well as overall maintenance that was as cost-effective as possible unfortunately persisted throughout my entire stay. The fact that the employees are very hard-working and friendly is unfortunately not enough for a good rating.A pity!

We were there for the second time for an overnight stay while passing through. Reception was very nice. Rooms also great! Parking spaces directly in front of the door or nearby. Again any time! 👍

The hotel was good value for the money we paid. We stayed in a Fitters' / Hostel room in the basement and it was clean and had loads of storage, two metal wardrobes with hanging space and drawers, a desk with a couple of small drawers and …
