Dirty rooms, leftovers from previous guests food and stuff everywhere. Towels not fresh - they smelled bad ! Trash in the room and pubic hair on the linen! I booked 3 rooms to find the clean one and I could not - each one was awful ! Guests service not responsive - they will not give you a refund for the awful room! This case will be registered in sanitary inspection. That’s unacceptable l.

🤢 There are stains, animals and dirt on the walls. In general everything is very dirty and you don't feel comfortable.The facility would be great if the hygiene was right. The kitchen inventory could also be improved a lot. An empty bottle of dishwashing liquid is not helpful for dusty, unclean dishes.Don't come anymore

It's the second time we stayed in this hotel, the very spacious and nice rooms, the service...bathroom, they don't clean the room until you leave, the trash in my room is from the previous tenant and without gel in the shower. And without air conditioning, the room is an oven in the afternoon that you can't be in.

Actually great... only at night the shower ventilation simply turned on... I couldn't think about sleep until about 2.30. No adequate compensation

A good and convenient use system with a code lock. The room has everything you need for a stay. A refrigerator and a kitchenette are ideal for self-catering. In the bathroom, a shaving mirror would complete the equipment.During each of our stays we had complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms.The bathroom light, which is controlled by motion detectors, is annoying in the dark because the light continues to illuminate the bedroom for several minutes.

Great value hotel. Very good for one night stay during the longer travels across Europe. It's quite close to Strassburg.Rooms have automatic doors, and you are using codes to open them. It worked well enough for us - we had two adjacent rooms since we have travelled as a family. However, I understand some complaints here - if something goes wrong with your code, you are on your own, there's no one to ask for assistance.

Air conditioning doesn't work, room not cleaned, no bed linen available, several cockroaches and other vermin in the room, there seems to be a garbage dump right next to the hotel.

Even if, from the outside, this hotel looks more like rabbit cages, once the room door is closed it's a completely different atmosphere.The rooms are large, clean, warm, well equipped.The bathroom is just magnificent, there is a small kitchenette (with hotplates, a sink and dishes for 2 people), a large fridge, a TV, large cupboards... So you can easily imagine consider staying there for a few days.There is a kettle but no coffee maker.I will end with the very very good quality of the bedding (you still have to like firm beds) and the calm of the surroundings.All this 30 minutes from Strasbourg and for the price of a low-end hotel, it's a very nice surprise.

The check-in went almost smoothly, only the extremely long check-in email was confusing.I would actually give it 5 stars, but the toilet bowl under the rim is so dirty that I have never experienced in a hotel, regardless of class. The toilet definitely wasn't cleaned!Overall it is very quiet, but even with the door closed you can still hear the milling machines from across the street.

American-style residenceWhat they liked · "American" style residence where you park your car and have your room directly in front. Very smart access system by entering the assigned code and therefore making the service available at any time. Large, clean, designer, innovative and tasteful rooms. Correct temperature and very large shower (x2). Very peaceful and quiet. it's a little out of the way but close to a shopping complex with supermarket etc.What we didn't like · nothing.

5 km away from France, excellent location for those who want to visit Strasbourg, around there is Lidl dm takko aldi very clean room, shame about the cobwebs and poor light in the corridor

Well!||The fact that this is a completely automated hotel without staff is only revealed AFTER you book! In principle there is nothing against it, BUT the details... …
