At the reception the gentleman was overwhelmed with 3 families. The room card was not activated. Underground parking was booked for the daughter and not for us. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Have already experienced other breakfasts and rooms from achat. OK for one night, not longer.

The racist figure at the reception right in the entrance area shocked our tour group and gave us a bad feeling right from the start. the hotel itself was ok (except that there was no hot water at night, only again in the morning). Such an unnecessary and discriminatory image can ruin an entire stay.

I've been in Stuttgart for a few weeks now and this hotel was one of the worst so far. I can only agree with many previous speakers when it comes to the quality of the room. For the price I'd rather take another one. You can also completely forget about the poor breakfast and internet

Arrived at 12 a.m. as announced in writing and by phone. We had to wait until 1 a.m. Our money was gone as soon as we booked. The system would shut down at 12 a.m. Where did we go? Then we got our room without a key. Not recommended. We then checked in early. Breakfast was OK. Room quite small, but clean.

Unfortunately, check-in from 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. doesn't work because the system is supposedly secured during this time 🤦. Since we've had a lot of problems with hotels lately, we called 5 hours in advance and said that we wouldn't be arriving until shortly after midnight. We wouldn't be able to use the parking space in the underground car park until the next morning and would have to look for a parking space in the residential area at night.Breakfast was good 👍.

The hotel is well located for getting anywhere. However, the rooms are very dated and not really clean. Shower didn't work properly. Room cards constantly not working.Okay for 1-2 nights but don't expect too much. Unfortunately breakfast is not recommended for the price. You can have a better and nicer breakfast at the bakery.

I wasn't really expecting much and was still disappointed...The room itself was beautifully and modernly furnished, but the bathroom was a disaster, mold in the joints of the shower, and also mold in the corners of the shower... Toilet was totally scratched, who knows what had been done to it... Wallpaper full with dirt unfortunately.All in all, okay for 1 day, but it doesn't have to be longer.

You usually get a good impression at the reception, but unfortunately this was not the case. We weren't even really looked at, he didn't even know what he needed from us: then I need the name now, right?He also no longer knew which room was which when he gave us the cards.The next day the room cards didn't work either, even twice.Maybe we are spoiled by the agate in Bochum.

Check in/out was quick and easy with all the information you needed. The staff at the reception gets an extra 👍 because they were always super friendly, nice and helpful, regardless of the shift and the time.Staff from the reception, kitchen and cleaning staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful.The room was small but nice and clean. There is only a deduction for the fan, which was quite loud when it was running.The bathroom was also clean. Only the familiar tile corners and the drain can be replaced; these were a bit rusty, which didn't look good.The breakfast buffet had a good selection with fresh fruit and changing side dishes. The kitchen staff also gets an extra 👍 because they were very friendly and accommodating and were also prepared for requests such as gluten-free dishes. Even the lunch bag we ordered was lovingly embroidered with all kinds of ingredients and our special requests were taken into account.Overall we stayed despite the location. Located a little away from the city center, we were very happy with our stay and if we end up in Stuttgart again, we would be happy to be guests here again.

The hotel is located in the Zuffenhausen district of Stuttgart. Very remote in the industrial park. There is a McDonald's restaurant with a drive-thru right next to it. The surrounding area looks correspondingly shabby. On the first morning I couldn't believe my eyes. The parking lot was completely filled with packaging material. Nobody feels responsible for a feel-good atmosphere. The reception was “okay”. But that was about what you could call exciting. After that, unfortunately, the rip-off started. We quickly checked in with a second person and asked for an upgrade to a double room. Of course we had expected additional costs. But we were only asked “Are you here by car?” We answered this question in the affirmative. And quickly we should now pay €133 instead of €113. At first we thought it was ok for the second person but when we left we were proven wrong. The parking space for the car was simply calculated even though you could have parked nearby for free. Such additional charges can of course be raised, but it is still good manners to communicate this openly and clearly beforehand.

So really the worst hotel in Stuttgart where you could think it was good…Brown stains on many towels. Shower completely moldy.After a complaint, the statement was “I’m only a part-time worker, I can’t do anything about it.”As soon as the word compensation or price reduction is mentioned, no one knows the manager's phone number or email address anymore. Or don't know what it's called. Suddenly I can speak German very badly.Please do not book...

The hotel is located in a truly strategic position. In the middle between an MC Donald, a kebab shop and a place with Asian management that leaves some doubts. There is no air conditioning and the rooms located on the front car park offer an enviable nighttime spectacle. A probable attempted carjacking at 4am when does that happen to you? All surrounded by people screaming, running away, people calling the police, people vomiting under your window. A dream I would say! This was for two consecutive nights.
