SLD Hotel by WMM Hotels

The rooms and bathroom are spacious and equipped with almost everything you need including a large refrigerator, small stove, kettle and some dishes. A coffee machine would have completed the whole thing. Check-in went smoothly with the PIN entered at the entrance door to the room.What we didn't like so much were the very hard mattresses. A topper would help. What was also very annoying was a power outage that you couldn't fix yourself. There was no emergency switch or electrical box. It is important to mention that access to the room was no longer possible. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone when we called the emergency hotline, what else can you say...

Scammers cheat and get paid and there is no way to rectify

Modern facilities, unfortunately the outdoor area is not finished and unkempt, containers in the parking lot, no seating outsideDrinks vending machine wouldn't be bad, as nothing is open in Schnelldorf on Sundays

Rooms are modernly furnished. A hotel without a reception. Everything is done online/digitally. You will receive a room code after checking in online.The hotel is just after the motorway exit in an industrial area. You can hear the highway when the windows are open. We had a room on the ground floor. With a small kitchenette, beautiful bathroom and a large refrigerator, everything you need is there.All that was missing was air conditioning and the fly screens. There were a few flies and mosquitoes in the room when we arrived. In the evening we couldn't open the windows because of the loud highway and the mosquitoes etc. were there. That's not so nice.The beds were good. Otherwise everything is neat and clean.There are 2 bakers in town that offer a nice breakfast.Conclusion: Modernly furnished hotel suitable for staying for fewer nights. (With earplugs or closed window)

It is a hotel without staff. We had problems getting into the room, but thanks to the Booking staff, they solved it for us. The room is good, but without air and in the location it is, the price is high for what it is

Very nice hotel, in a convenient location but at the same time isolated in nature. A few meters from the motorway junction, the hotel still benefits from soundproofed rooms and the surrounding greenery. New and well furnished rooms, there is no reception and there is no daily cleaning

I have been to the SLD Hotel in Schnelldorf three times so far, which is managed by the WMM Group. The first two times I had no complaints and was very satisfied because of how uncomplicated it was. During my last stay, however, I found a room that had not been cleaned. In detail, there were leftover food on the table, garbage on the floor, the bed wasn't made, the bathroom wasn't cleaned and the floor was full of dirt everywhere.When I called the service center for the first time, I was promised a solution, but if there was no response, I should call again after 10 minutes. I did this after 15 minutes. The second time I had a different lady on the phone. They tried much harder and initially looked for an alternative hotel for me without success. She then tried to organize a cleaner, for your information it was already around 6 p.m. that day. Shortly afterwards I received a message saying that a cleaner would be coming in 20 minutes. She came after 30 minutes and then started cleaning the room. So far so good I thought. However, when I saw her wiping the table that was dirty with leftover food with the new bed linen and towels, I was, as you can imagine, very disgusted.Due to a lack of alternative options, I slept there for one night and the following day I changed to a hotel I had booked for the remaining 3 nights. When I described this case to WMM, I was told the responsible service department would contact me within a week. However, this only happened 3 weeks later. My request was that I would like to be reimbursed for the three nights I didn't use, but I would have to pay for the first night I spent there. WMM first offered me a 33% refund for the first night and then a full refund for the first night. My repeated requests to refund the unused nights were not granted but at some point they rowed back to refunding 33% of the first night on the grounds that they had fulfilled their right to rectification. I was also told that I should have taken a picture or video of the cleaner at that moment.The end result is that I received a refund of 33% of the first night without my consent, am left with the costs of the three additional nights and will not book another night in this hotel due to the service behavior.

I was tired and just wanted to take a shower and sleep, so to find the room all dirty, still not cleaned after the last guest checked out was unbelievable and unacceptable. The hotel doesn't offer ANY support after 10pm. If my husband hadn't found another hotel we would've had to sleep in the car. Worst experience ever!
