Perfect for an overnight stay or when traveling through... the rooms are a decent size... always with a refrigerator, sink and stove... beds are good and the bathroom is very nice... in motel style... I think it's perfect for my purposes.... 👍 but not for a vacation!

The rooms are very clean and at the same time modern and comfortably furnished. Every room I have stayed in so far has had a very well-equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, cooking utensils and dishes, a large and conceptually well-designed bathroom with decent water pressure. No expense was spared when it came to power sockets, a television with all the programs you could wish for and storage options. The parking spaces are also large and more than enough to take away any stress. In terms of location, it is right next to large meadows and arable land and is still close to a gas station, supermarket and bakery, which is why you can reach everything you need within walking distance. The hotel is also well known to delivery services and the good room signage means you can reliably find the right door. The walls are soundproof so you can have absolute peace in your room if you want that. Each room has two floor-to-ceiling windows, so ventilation is not a problem. The door locking system via email is very “relaxed” and simply because you have absolutely no possibility of locking yourself out if you have access to your email address, as 4-digit individual codes are used instead of keys.This is the second time I've been here, I've tested 3 rooms (2x double rooms and 1x "disabled" single room) and will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I'm in this region.

When we arrived at the hotel, our room code didn't work. Unfortunately, they couldn't send us a new code on the phone, so we had to call every evening at 9:30 p.m. so that we could still get into the room until 2:00 a.m.We arrived as a group of 3 people (child with parents). I had specifically written that please add a pillow, blanket and towels to the room and unfortunately it didn't happen.Maybe please make the rooms with air conditioning. It is very warm in summer.As a little tip, perhaps hire an employee who lives on site in case there are problems with someone being on site.

The hotel itself is okay for the price, as is the location. Everything is quite new and everything you need is there. In the afternoon we were informed that the cleaner was unavailable and that the cleaning would be rescheduled. We then drove to a friend's house and were promised that the cleaning would be done when we returned. She was too... but how... There were leftover food in the kitchen sink, the carpet (black) was full of dirt and crumbs, the stove was dirty, the sink was stained, there was dirt on the desk and the edge of the bed that definitely didn't happen in one day...When we arrived we saw that only one side of the bed was being used. The beds were made, but when I pulled back my duvet (the used side of the bed), the whole bed sheet was stained. But the crowning glory was in the other bed... which was probably not used by the previous one... there was a used condom under the blanket and I don't want to know how long it had been there.We had countless phone calls to the service hotline, we were told that all the rooms were taken and that we should please contact the office tomorrow; there was nothing we could do now.We were disgusted and slept in our clothes.I didn't hear anything in response to my complaint email for a long time. Then I received an email accusing me of not contacting the emergency hotline... then of course they would have assigned me another room. We then had to send the call logs to prove that we actually contacted them. At least we were then reimbursed 60%.My conclusion: Maybe we were unlucky and the rooms are otherwise in order. But it has been shown that the concept without a reception is only good as long as there are no problems... otherwise you are lost.

If you are unlucky with an incorrect door code, you can either expect a night in the car (if already after midnight) or an overnight stay that is several times more expensive somewhere else in the greater Stuttgart area (because an emergency booking is made shortly before midnight).The whole thing has already happened to me twice within 12 months and from what I can read online, I'm not the only one.After 14 days of insistence and waiting and various emails and phone calls, I was "generously" refunded only the room price at WIS. I was left with the significantly higher additional costs of the alternative hotel. There was no interest in restoring customer satisfaction in any other way. You simply don't need it, as enough customers, like me, are blinded by the low price every day.Anyone who books here plays “Russian Roulette”.Have fun with business practices like this.

Overall a very clean, nice modern room. Equipped with kitchenette and inventory (refrigerator, freezer, pots, pans, cups, bowls, plates.)However, our TV didn't work properly in 102. We don't know why, but the picture was constantly stuck, regardless of the channel. People who like to sleep with their windows open should also remember that half of the rooms are on the ground floor and are easily accessible from the outside. I didn't want to leave the window open. Beds are quite hard but comfortable.Nevertheless: good experience, would be happy again.

From the American style chain you appreciate the online check-in, the key with code, the location near the motorway exit, the large rooms, with kitchen facilities, you can stay almost as if you were at home.Wifi, heating and beds always perfect, the only complaint is the sliding bathroom door, which when closed doesn't reach all the way and leaves the person inside the bathroom exposed to the public, taking a shower, etc. What a shame!

The room is modern and extensively equipped as an apartment.The communication that took place exclusively digitally is generally commendable and sufficient.However, the remote control for the television was missing in my room and no one could be reached by phone or email in the evening.For the location, which is a bit remote, and the lack of service, 1 star deduction each.

The doors to the bathroom should be rebuilt or replaced. Keyword sound insulation. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. In my opinion, the mattresses are very hard. Otherwise very modern and well maintained
