From the street side the "hotel" looks narrow, but there is a very nice complex of buildings at the back in a beautifully landscaped park-like area... with a swimming pool. Open breakfast area with beautiful views over the complex.

What a terrible hotel. The location is still in need of some cleaning or something. Beds not changed or the sheets are just so rancid after washing. Hair everywhere, cobwebs, everything broken and dated, sealant edges moldy and the staff is still too bad to accept a suitcase if they send you in the wrong direction. To make matters worse, we discover that several garbage bins have not been emptied, ants everywhere... really not possible. We were traveling with an organization…. Are we going to do something with it too?

They placed us in the first room at the reception entrance on the right. Horrible, I WOULD NOT REPEAT.- At night you could hear the bar next door until 1.- We didn't get Wiffi- The pool when we went at 6-7 p.m. did not have towels.- Breakfast rather fair- One of the days we asked for takeaway breakfast before going to sleep and they didn't want to do it for us because it was late.- The room had lights out; the water in the bathtub never just goes away; The one with the drum is the same, crap. The bathtub is very high, with the risk of slipping and falling when getting out.

Positive points: very well located, quiet for the city center and nice outdoor setting. Ideal for enjoying the center of Ubud in a quiet area.Negative points: water is very difficult to drain in the bathtub and drainage problem also in the toilets. Despite 2 interventions by technicians, nothing changes. Room a little dated and basic.

This is an accommodation that makes me hate Ubud.This is the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in, and it doesn't even deserve 1 star.There is no concept of hygiene and customer service is poor.The lamp next to the bed is rusty and dusty.The bathroom is so poorly cleaned that the dental floss and toothpicks used by previous guests are still scattered on the floor.Mosquitoes, various bugs, and lizards are basic.There were 4 black larvae in the bathroom.The phone was so dirty I didn't want to use it.The remote control is dirty, everything is dirty...There's really a lot of stuff on the pillow.Smell like your head is falling off the pillow? I had a hoarse smell so I asked to change it.I just spray the scented stuff haha.The next day, when I was doing housekeeping, I called because it smelled even though I asked them to take care of the pillows.Even though I changed the pillow cover, there is no longer a pillow cover to replace. Does it make sense that there is no pillow cover?Only two towels are provided.I called to ask for more and they said 2 towels per day. When I made the reservation, I didn't see the notice that said 2 towels. When did you guys give me that information?They didn't even tell me why there were two, just two.The accommodation is also very far from the lobby haha.It's almost at the end of the accommodation, about a 10-minute walk.It's not just flat, it's uphill and rough.(Looking at the reviews, it seems like they give Koreans the last chance)Of course, because I chose cost-effective accommodation.I thought about it positively and tried to take it into account to some extent.It was a really basic accommodation.There was a reason there were no Koreans among the guests. Haha. Don't ever go!!

Stay in a two-bedroom pool villaAlthough the access to the guest room is steep, the location is good and the grounds have a quaint atmosphere that feels like a resort away from the hustle and bustle outside.The moment I was shown to the room, I felt that it was a spacious and nice hotel.Problems occur one after another・The pillow smells bad (it smells so strong that it smells even when you put a bath towel on it)8 out of 10 pillows in the room are too smelly to use.・The futon has a faint smell, and it gets even worse when the air conditioner turns off.・A large lizard on the ceiling keeps screaming loudly, making me sleepless・The hot shower turned cold after the first 20 minutes, and the family members who were using it for the second half couldn't use it at all even though there were two cold showers and two bathtubs.・The sheets and canopy cloth are also full of stains.I didn't expect much from the price, but I doubt if anyone would be satisfied with the bad smell and cleanliness.We do not recommend this product unless you are very tolerant of smells, dirt, etc.

Decent 3 stars hotel. The superior rooms are simply average, but ok for the price. But bad smell in the bathroom, and outside.
The breakfast is just awful, don't waste your money, go outside to find something better and not crowded.

Dear travelers,Our recent stay was a mix of highs and lows. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, nestled right in the heart of Ubud, providing a serene escape while still being close to the city's attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to assist with any needs, adding a personal touch to our stay.However, we did encounter some challenges. We booked three villas, traveling with children, and found the accommodations less than ideal. The villas had gaps between the roof and walls, allowing insects, mice, and even rats to enter. This led to a restless experience, especially for our children, who were understandably frightened by the noises from outside. The mosquito nets were also stained, which added to our discomfort.The resort is situated on a hillside, offering beautiful views but also presenting some difficulties. The paths between the reception and villas are steep and can be slippery when wet. Unfortunately, both my wife and mother-in-law, who is 60, slipped several times, resulting in minor injuries.In conclusion, while the location and staff were commendable, the issues we faced with the accommodation, the presence of rodents, and accessibility made our stay less relaxing than we had hoped. With some improvements, this resort could truly be a gem in Ubud.
