Very bright, clean rooms, there are various things you need such as a bathrobe, slippers and shower products, as well as a bottle of water in the room. Very friendly welcome, there was also a free ticket for two people on the bus to Baden-Baden. I thought the mattress was great, I didn't have any back pain. I would have loved to take that with me. The small downside was that we had booked a small double room, which was towards the front (No. 201). There you can hear every car driving by relatively loudly, especially at night and early in the morning. Since it was relatively warm, it was unfortunate that you couldn't open the window very well at night. We were only there one night and that was fine. Otherwise one of the rooms at the back would have been better. Otherwise we were very happy here. We were able to have breakfast outside, which was completely fine and sufficient. It's a 5 to 10 minute walk to the old town. There is an additional charge of €5 or €9 for the parking space.

Excellent family aparthotel. Our apartment had a living room with an open kitchen, a large bedroom, a huge bathroom and a super large terrace. Impeccable cleanliness! Breakfast a 10! Very nice and quiet town and it is 1.15 hours from Strasbourg, 2 hours from Colmar and 25 minutes from Baden-Baden by car. The hotel's location is perfect for walking to the historic center of the town. 100% recommendation!

I can say with confidence that you get much more than what you paid for at this hotel.Polite and friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms, quiet and peaceful at night, which is very important to find strength and peace. Comfortable beds and pleasant bed linen that feel particularly pleasant on the skin. Many guests have already written about the extensive breakfast, so I won't repeat myself.It is very obvious to reach the center of Baden-Baden in 25 minutes by bus. The stop is just 1 minute walk from the hotel. In general I can highly recommend this hotel.

Very large and clean apartment. Breakfast was completely sufficient at a fair price. It looks clear at first, but it is constantly being replenished. Good concept, resulting in little waste. It is only a few minutes to the town center with some restaurants. It's nice that we were able to bring our dog with us too. We'll be back.

Excellent hotel and apartment. Our apartment was air-conditioned and very spacious. Friendly staff. Good breakfast from 7am to 10am. Gernsbach is a nice village/town with a few good restaurants.

Very good hotel, very clean, great large rooms and a very tasty breakfast. What's particularly worth mentioning is that they also cater to gluten-free food, meaning that people with celiac disease can enjoy a very tasty breakfast here. Thank you again.

The reason we chose this house was that we could take our dog with us. Unfortunately not possible in most houses in this area. New and very well maintained house with spacious and modern rooms and very good facilities. You have everything you need. We find the breakfast buffet particularly worth mentioning, as it contains everything you could want for a generous breakfast, but in manageable quantities.If something is used up, it will be refilled immediately. In this way, the food waste that a buffet inevitably entails is kept as small as possible. A positive side effect is that you can be sure that neither rolls, cold cuts, fruit nor eggs have been left in the buffet for a long time and have been rotting away for hours. We'd love to come back.

The apartments are more than you would expect for the price, clean, quiet, modern and not full of any frills. Although the hotel is located on a street, you don't hear anything about it. We slept soundly. The breakfast is completely sufficient and offers everything you need. Dad's car can even be stored in a garage. The staff/hotelier was very friendly.We didn't notice anything from other groups, even though there were some there. I can't understand complaints about "neighbors" and "loudness".

We were guests for one night with friends as part of a hike (Murgtal - Leiter). The reception was very friendly, the rooms were big enough, the bathroom was spacious, the beds were very good and everything was very clean. The breakfast was very good. All in all we were very satisfied. The price is reasonable. It may be worth noting that you don't get drinks in the hotel. The center of Gernsbach is only 500m down the mountain.
