We celebrated our wedding and all guests were in this hotel.I had the hotel print out a list with each guest and their room number.On the day of the wedding there was a lot of confusion, some names were missing and then we were told we had a different list and that we had booked it that way. We had to put in a lot of discussion and nerves to even get our PAID rooms. My feeling is that this hotel is very overwhelmed with many bookings.The rooms were very clean.Would I visit this hotel again?I don't think so.

Booking via our own homepage was confirmed and then canceled at short notice “due to overbooking”. No alternative was offered. I was left completely alone to find another place to stay overnight. So a reservation confirmation counts NOTHING here!

When we checked in, the lady seemed a bit overwhelmed and unfriendly. The breakfast staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating, large selection and good. Free water and coffee service was great. Hotel is on a street, depending on the room a bit noisy with the window open. Nice garden with seating. Located close to the center and train station.

The hotel is right on the main street. The windows are not soundproof and it was very hot. Fans were not installed.The staff is unfriendly. We were told if we come after 6pm we won't get any keys. I then had to pay for everyone immediately and not in the morning at breakfast as usual.I wouldn't recommend it

The hotel is in a good location. Every time we go to Germersheim, we choose this hotel. The staff is responsive. Breakfast is rich and has a wide selection of dishes. You can park your car at the hotel.

I expected more from a 3 star hotel. The staff was very friendly, dinner of your choice, very plentiful and good. That's it, the room doesn't live up to the price, a mattress that didn't fit the bed. The TV was so small that I needed my glasses, 3 programs and the rest was Ant Fight Part 1 to 39. The crowning glory, however, was the breakfast coffee, 2 slices of sausage, 2 slices of cheese, 1 egg, jam and 2 rolls. The location is nice great surroundings. I can't recommend it. OK for transit, to get something to eat.

I booked a double room with them from June 13th to June 16th for my sister and her husband. The room itself was fine. However, they advertise on their website that the rooms on the upper floors can be reached by elevator. Unfortunately, this only works during the day. However, for older people or those with physical limitations, climbing the stairs is very difficult. You should not advertise a lift if it is not available 24 hours a day.

Unfortunately a disappointing stay. Definitely not recommended for families. Reason: There are no baby beds available. There was also no curtain in our room, so we basically had to wait until it was dark to put a child to sleep. When we arrived we asked if we could take the stroller up to the room - there is an elevator, but after 10 meters in the hallway there are stairs again and we had to carry everything up ourselves. Breakfast was O.K. - However, the staff made it clear to you that children who complain or scream from time to time are not welcome.

A nice little hotel for stopovers or weekends. There is a beautiful garden where you can linger.Parking spaces are rare, but there are enough on the street.Rooms are pragmatically clean and sufficiently large. You sleep very peacefully and the beds are completely ok.The breakfast is very good and richly varied.

My review from 8 months ago was deemed libel. But I stick to my opinion. Rooms too warm in summer (no air conditioning), too loud in summer if you have a room facing the inner courtyard. Breakfast was perhaps not bad in terms of offerings, but I've had much better breakfast and in peace, getting coffee was almost impossible , there was only one coffee machine available and it was hardly possible to get a thermos flask with coffee, the space for the buffet was very limited and if there is a cycling event on these days, breakfast has to be organized differently. I stayed in many hotels in 2023, but I didn't feel comfortable here. But everyone has to experience it themselves. And...according to other reviews, I'm not the only person with this opinion.

The rooms are large and clean, and the breakfast is just right for me. A big negative point was that my room was right on the busy street, which is why I heard the traffic loudly, but I was just unlucky. Otherwise definitely fine

Very nice hotel for a night on the way to Austria. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was also great.
