Overrated and Overpriced and Dishonest!!!|| They will not honor any discounted online rates booked😞 They will cancel them and you have to rebook with other resorts in the area. I recommend not booking with this property there are many others in the immediate area with better pricing and higher ratings

Amazing hotel, a must in Ubud if you ask me! The swimming pool and overall view is stunning, and the hotel feels like a retreat in the middle of Ubud.The staff is incredible! They are 24/7 ready to help and will do anything to make your stay the best. The staff is simply amazing.The Location is really nice. Ubud is really busy and the hotel feels like a calm retreat. The road towards the hotel might be challenging, but really worth it as you feel away from the city centre.The breakfast was really good. It might be strange they let you make your choice a day beforehand, but beside this it is really good. I recommend the Nasi Goreng, one of the best I have tasted in Bali.The rooms are the only thing they might want to improve a bit. They are still good, the bed is fine and the views stunning, but they have some problems. The shower could be better and we had a little problem with our airco (this was fixed by the staff when we told them)Again, it is a must stay in Ubud, amazing place!

The most amazing hotel we stayed in as we had the river pool villa, with amazing views to the river and jungle. With your own pool and private area, you are alone there with some lizards at night.They have 24/7 reception as we arrived late and checked out early, which we were grateful for that. The room was spacious and clean, water was provided daily for you.For breakfast, you can choose from a set menu and order a day before, they cater any types of breakfasts, including traditional.We also went to a barbecue on the patio where they provided a buffet style balinese meal with traditional dances to view, at an extra cost. I also went to a balinese massage and I cannot recommend it more - full body pampering. It was under 300k idrAlso, the staff was very kind to us, always cheerful and smiling.

What can we say about this hotel... a little corner of paradise in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Ubud. The setting is incredible, with the vegetation and the infinity pool.Nothing to say about the staff who were top notch and very accommodating.Quiet and spacious room (we took a suite) with a beautiful view of the swimming pool.

Our second stop in our travels in Bali was Bucu View Resort. I would give this 3.5 / 5 overall.Positives:1. All the staff members, I mean all of them are incredible, from helping to organise transport, helping to organise a Jeep Volcano tour and just generally chatting when getting back to the hotel was 10/10 all round.2. The Swimming Pool, this is an incredible scene and one of the top selling points of the hotel.Cons:1. As other reviews have stated, there is bad damp and mould in the rooms in the block of rooms and not the suites. This is apparent when you get into the room and it does make your things smell damp. The shower is also very strange as it is in the room and it doesn’t have it’s own extractor fan or room so all the moisture goes into the room.2. The breakfast is also a bit strange and was not to our tastes but this may just be us so worth a try to see if you like.Was a pleasant stay but the damp in the room could be improved then it would be much better.

Korean review & English reviewThis accommodation has the sensibility of Ubud! There is a stepped swimming pool overlooking the jungle (so much so that you don't have to go anywhere), and it is quiet and peaceful. Our accommodation had high ceilings, large rooms, and full-length windows with a jungle view, so it was nice to open the curtains in the morning with the sound of birds chirping. The bathroom was large, and the area with grass and trees had an open ceiling, so it felt like I was taking a shower in the mountains, which was great. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was optional rather than a buffet, but it came with a fruit salad, main course, and dessert, so I was full and it was delicious. One downside is that the place is at the end of a road with some dark cobblestone hills. Still, I didn't think it was a big problem because if you catch a taxi, it will come to the front of the accommodation.nice accomodation, presenting perfectly for Ubud with layered pools-jungle view, pieceful, kind&warm service, wooden furniture and semi-open bathroomStaying here was such a gift, filling the soul with piece. Everything was beautiful. Just only one thing can be, the accomodation is located at the end of hilly road with pebbles, not recommending if anyone rather prefer to walk OR have difficulty with mobility. But thou, taxi can be usable anytime, this can be sorted if stil wishes for.

Short walk to the heart of Ubud, but far enough to be quiet and secluded with beautiful view over the rainforest. The staff are very nice. The rooms are just fine, but the pool and the grounds of the place are stunning, with a pool bar and view out over the rainforest. Plenty of activities available. Many nice restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel has a good location. Near the street with a cafe, 15 minutes to the monkey park. The hotel itself is well maintained and green. We had a room with access to the pool. There are no people at the pool during the day. Feeling of privacy. Breakfast is standard.
