Very well located, it offers a haven of peace thanks to its removal from the main arteries and its exoticism. Relaxing and unpretentious, all members of the team are welcoming.It is located right next to the museum where you can see traditional dances after dark.

Very well-kept, beautiful, small, cozy complex with rustic cottages and a beautiful pool. The very friendly staff served breakfast on the room's own terrace every morning at the desired time, according to your choice. Everything was very clean and quiet, as the complex is a bit away from the hustle and bustle. But still very good warungs, restaurants and shopping opportunities can be reached on foot in a very short time. We really enjoyed our stay there during our Bali trip.

Lovely local hotel with family vibe and friendly staff. The team couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast being delivered to the balcony is a lovely touch. Location was great for exploring Ubud but also out of the main drag so not too noisy.
Would recommend for a lovely chilled out stay.

Everything was perfect, everything was there in the traditional villa of neat woodwork. The attentive service, the breakfast options, the afternoon tea, the swimming pool, the outdoor shower, the location. The four-poster bed with mosquito net and air conditioning made it complete. I miss it already and will definitely come back!

We booked 3 days. Last day they called and said that the room is not available due to leakage in bathroom and they arranged another hotel to us for 1 night. On 2nd day when we came to the hotel we learnt that there is another guest in the room. Leakage was the not truth. Also to transport from another hotel to here, we wait 1 h taxi. When we arrived, the room was still not ready (due to another guests). We left all other luggage and leave the hotel. When we back in the evening, all our stuff was still in reception. Room was good, all stuff really nice but the management is not good.

The property is ideally located close to restaurants and grocery stores. Although the staff is friendly, their knowledge of English is limited to a few words specific to their field. As for the breakfast, I had difficulties with the timing of the service. Although we specified 8 o'clock for breakfast, it was not brought until 8:30, after several visits to reception. At 8:30, our driver was already waiting for us in front of the hotel. It's also worth noting that it's quite noisy at night with the motorbikes speeding by, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might have trouble getting a good night's rest.

The place is very nice in the center of the city. Fifteen minute walk from the temple. Various clubs and restaurants in the surrounding area. The idea of breakfast in the room is tempting but with some notes to point out: you can only make 3 choices from the menu / they ask the time you want to have breakfast but then they do their own thing / the towels should be cleaned better /,, housekeeping good but not impeccable. They can still improve a lot.Value for money a little excessive.#ivanlocicero
