Got a good room with a good view. Located in a very quiet place with good cafés around. It’s just a few kms away from the buzzing streets. Worth it.Pros: We ordered in room service. The food was good and they gave it on time. Great view from my balcony. Spacious rooms.Cons: Spider webs on the top. Balcony door has a gap. Luckily the roads outside are very white and nice so no noise was leaked inside the room.

Slept in the cottages for almost a week. Great central and quiet location in the heart of Ubud. Rooms fine, bathroom less so, it needs maintenance.Too bad the restaurant is inferior, there is not enough attention for it, breakfast is downright boring and really not good. Have breakfast somewhere else :-)

It's a total want and I can't. The rooms are correct for the price they have but the wifi does not work, neither does the hot water. It has surely gone through better times. Breakfast is pretty fair. Oh by the way, if you stay on the second floor you don't have the right to hand towels, it couldn't be more shabby.

Beautiful place. The location is quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Ubud city center is a 15-minute walk away.The food in the restaurant is delicious.Rooms are cleaned every day: towels are replaced, water, coffee and tea are replenished.I recommend it with all my heart ❤️

The place is perfect, but the rooms are moldy, the place is 10, we changed rooms, the case is they keep a moldy room for rent.There are many restaurant options on the hotel street, and on the back street there is a shop with several stores.

I think the accommodation is very good value for money. The pool is there for relaxing, the breakfast was divine, we always received nice service. The rooms are simple but perfectly adequate. The center is a few minutes' walk away, once we return we will stay here again. I can recommend it to everyone :)

Health hazard!!! Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are OK but I saw four rooms and they all smell of mold. There’s mold on the ceiling and the smell is so strong that it feels heavy when breathing. Pillows are moldy and disgusting. Staff seem nice so far. They “tried” doing something about it by spraying with air fresheners but of course it didn’t help. I think that’s typical for Ubud but still. Three stars only for the location. Although it’s in a main street it’s close to everything by walk: bars, restaurants, rice fields, monkey sanctuary, shops

The hotel is located in the center of Ubud. This is both a plus and a minus at the same time. It’s noisy, there are a lot of people, it stinks of gasoline, there are narrow paths to walk on, cars and bikes are in the way.The service at the hotel is poor, they do not answer the phone number indicated on the booking, we wanted to order a transfer to the hotel, but we were unable to do it, and when we wanted to order a transfer from the hotel, they quoted a price 2 times higher than in tourist centers.Also about the staff, the cleaners are young guys who can easily walk on your balcony during the day, be prepared for this!! There is no barrier between the balconies in the rooms, so they can easily walk from room to room, and the doors on the balcony are transparent!! So, judge for yourself whether this is normal or not, but when you get out of the shower and may be without clothes and then the cleaner is looking at you, this is simply unacceptable and unacceptable!!! No privacy!!The room itself is quite spacious and clean, but the bathroom needs renovation!! There is a terrible sewer smell coming from the drain hole that wafts into the room, there is no air freshener, no liquid soap! This is unacceptable in a 3* hotel! There is also no flexible shower, it is inconvenient to take a shower... the water runs cold for several minutes, the pressure is poor. The taps are wobbly, there are yellow stains in the toilet that no one cleans up.The advantages are good air conditioning, cools the air, but not cold in the room, good swimming pool, good breakfast to choose from. The hotel area is also nice, beautiful garden

This is a really great place to stay. The pool is great. It is also peaceful and the staffs are so helpful. They gave us a free drink during check in and are always so quick to help you with anything you need. The food at the hotel is also good, particularly the chicken satay.

We spent two nights at this place, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The location in Ubud is excellent, with a lovely area and a beautiful pool. The breakfast was good for the price. The only thing to improve is the humidity in the room. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Came to the hotel and got help carrying our luggage. Came in to the room which was hot and no AC on, and had to ask them to come clean the floor right away. it was much dead buggs on the floor and on the balcony it was full of bugs everyday dident want to use it.Was much dust and much spiderwebs in the roof and around in the room.Bathroom dident have a soap to wash hands and nither a towel to dry hands.Breakfast from the warung restaurant was included on the price, where we got a simple tasteless omelet. Noticed while eating that it was much baby spiders under the board plate. Nasty.another day we came in after the cleaners had been there. They had turned of the AC, and the room was so hot - unbelivable. There was a smashed bug on the floor, that some of the cleaners must have done, and not wiped up.AC was also bad, took forever to cool the room down.They did not change bed sheet even tho they saw it was dirty.rooms are big and have good place and they are delivering towels and «cleans» the rooms every day.Would not recomend!

The rooms are big and nice. Thats about it. The room was full of dead bugs, spiderwebs, and ants everywhere when we checked in. Even a gecko in the roof that they didnt remove for us even when i asked.We had to specifically ask them to clean the floors and similar stuff when we first entered the room as we couldnt walk without step in dead bugs. It seemed like the room had been empty for weeks, and they didnt bother check or clean before we check in.Even though the bedsheets were obviously dirty from spillage, they didnt swap it out during cleaning. No soap for handwash in the bathroom.THE DAYCLEANERS TURNED OFF THE AIRCONDITION during the day when we were out, so when we arrived back to the hotel late at night ready to sleep after a long day, it was burning hot and we could not sleep. Weirdest act of cheapness i have experienced. This actually made me so pissed and they didnt seem to understand when i confronted them about it.The staff are Very friendly, but does not seem to care about doing their job. It almost seems like a group of friends trying to do as little work as possible.Our laundry was not delivered on time, and didnt accept card for payment even though they accept cash over 50000. They also didnt have change for us to pay with cash.In all, this has been by far our worst stay in Bali despite the Nice location and decent rooms. The downgrade in service and cleaniness is major from our previous stays at similar pricepoints. Definitely dont recommend
