Beautiful and well-kept structure, the staff is always smiling and kind, helping you with everything, from organizing activities, to getting around and even renting a scooter!Really excellent breakfast.Spotlessly clean rooms, always tidied up every day!I recommend this property in Ubud also for its perfect location

The cost performance is very good for the quality and location of the hotel, but the signboard on the store said that breakfast was served from 7am, but the explanation at check-in said it would be from 8am. Actually, it opened a little earlier, but if there are several groups of customers, there is only one waiter and one person making the food, so it takes about an hour to get the food served, so if you have plans in the morning, you'll have to get there early. .Our room was suite number 205. Everyone says it's quiet, but I don't know where it comes from, but is it karaoke? I could hear someone talking into a microphone, and on another day, I could hear music that sounded like gamelan practice until around 11pm. It was close to Independence Day so maybe that's why, but it wasn't quiet.If you use a lot of hot water in the shower, it will run out, so whether you can get a warm shower depends on your luck. Room 205 had a bathtub, but when I filled it with hot water, the shower turned to cold water. It can be cold at night in Ubud, so it was really cold to take a cold shower.Also, the only towels available are large bath towels, and the shower is located too high, which is strange. It was nice to have a table set on the balcony, but there was no place to sit indoors, and it was a hassle to have to go outside every time I wanted to write....I wrote only negative points, but overall there are no inconveniences, there is a small pool, and it is in a very convenient location to go anywhere, so I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Batu Empug Cottages in Ubud. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the surroundings were peaceful. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the restaurant served delicious food. The city center and many interesting places in Ubud are just a short 10-30 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

The hotel is super recommendable! The best is the service and the people attending the hotel, they are the most loving and charming! Always with a smile and keen to help you! The location is really good, as is close to the center, you have many things and the street is beautiful! In the night is very silent and relax compared to the main streets were is very noice, so that’s a plus. The room is very big, lots of space. I really like the rooms! It could be better in sense of the amenities but for me the experience was 10/10. Congrats to the personal! I will remember them!

The room certainly feels like it's showing its age, but it's clean and beautiful. There was only one bath towel per person, and it was only a BIG size, so it looked a bit old, but it was clean so it wasn't a problem. There was individually wrapped soap in the shower booth and shower gel and shampoo in the bathtub, but I had researched that there were no toiletries, so I brought all of them with me. My room was on the first floor, but for some reason there were almost no insects, and even when I was eating on the terrace, there were only a few insects, so I didn't really notice them. The garden is very well maintained and I loved looking at it from the terrace.The location is off Maeso Road, so it's quiet and has a very nice atmosphere, so you can feel safe even if you come home late at night. There are famous spas and famous warungs nearby, so there are no complaints. I wanted to stay longer. If I ever come to Ubud again, I'll definitely stay here!

✨Even though this is a budget hotel, the experience and service they provide is no less than a 5 star hotel.The staff (Fabby and others) were super friendly, always had a smile on their face, greeted every single time you meet them, gave best suggestions about scooty rental, places to visit etc.We stayed here 5 nights and it was just awesome. They were kind enough to celebrate my wife's birthday and presented us with a small and super tasty cake. Staff surprised us with this act. ❤️ Thank you so much.Breakfast - 5 star. They provide multiple options like American breakfast, continental, Indonesian etc. They will also pack breakfast if you need to leave early.Location - Close to main Street. All good restaurants and attractions walkable.They also assisted in renting a scooty.Please don't hesitate to book them.

The hotel reception staff was so irresponsible for her mistake about the reservation change. She kept beat around the bush and wouldn't admit, whispering to each other, and came out with another lie. Didn't even say sorry till the end. I requested a phone call with the manager, but she just said she couldn't refund because of the "Agoda policy." Finally, the manager told us that she would confirm the refund request -- and we received a denial mail after we left the hotel. So embarrassing. What a hotel full of lies. Everyone who is planning to visit this hotel must read this review and think once more.

The reservation date was changed due to a mistake by the hotel staff.I was unable to check in.The hotel staff said they were confused by the name.I also checked the Agoda reservation number and spelling.They said they couldn't give me a refund.

A cost-effective accommodation where I stayed at Ubud directly from the airport at night. The room is spacious, there are almost no bugs on the second floor, the breakfast is good, the location is good, but it is a cost-effective accommodation.

There is a cafe on the street which is a part of cottage. The service is good and watermelon juice was fresh but the choices are limited. There were many iced teas weren't available.

It was older than I had imagined. The air conditioner was broken, the phone didn't work, etc. The bath towels provided in the room are also outdated. LOL There are no amenities so you must bring your own. I don't know if the price was increased for a weekend stay, but I felt that the price was not commensurate with the content. The front desk is also quiet, and this is the front desk! ? I was confused at first.I think the staff are good, but...Is the room designed for Westerners?The shower is located so high that you can barely reach it. Short women cannot reach it.WiFi is weak.Overall, I regret making a reservation for 2 nights. (I think it's acceptable for some people and a nice stay, but I don't think I'll have another one.)

We stayed 12 nights in this great accommodation.Our upstairs room met all our needs.Air conditioning, large, comfortably hard bed, balcony overlooking the pool.The bathroom was large, with a toilet, shower and bathtub.Daily cleaning and bed linen change.The pool is super clean, with a pleasant water temperature. We swam a lot in it.There are no crowds, there is room on the sunbeds.Bath towels are provided.The breakfast is plentiful.It was great.

Today May 9, 2024. We have spent 5 days in this hotel. It is as seen in the photos. Large, clean room and comfortable bed. Refrigerator and good air conditioning. Very good and friendly service, the attention has been excellent. The location is very good and if you like walking it is not that far from the Royal Palace or Monkey Forest. We did everything on foot and you are close to the center. Abundant and varied breakfast.

It may be difficult to find as it is located in a remote alley. The swimming pool isn't big, but it's deep enough and very pretty. It's cute and pretty. If you order breakfast or meal menus, they can be brought to your room. I gave it 4 stars because the room felt a bit old. Old, but bug-free nonetheless! There are mosquitoes...

The location is a bit far from the city center, but the room cleanliness and service are all very good. I plan to stay here again the next time I travel. And there are no bugs!
