Very nice, quiet accommodation. A bit off the road and therefore quite quiet and with a beautiful garden in the countryside.

Arrival was immediately a disaster; no one at the lobby, waiting for half an hour at 11 o'clock in the evening with our daughter in our arms. Calling, calling, everything done. Checked in and went straight to sleep.Breakfast again problematic; booking.com states breakfast is included; we had to pay for our daughter. You could only choose 1 type from the main course list and only 1 drink (orange juice was very diluted and coffee just cold) when you said this, you got a rude face from the boy who helped us.The area, on the other hand, is very beautiful and walking distance from the center is good.So booking.com reviews are unfortunately not credible. If you look at the recent Google reviews, they are bad.Definitely NOT recommended.

Positive reviews on the booking website are not to be trusted. The only positive aspect of this place is its location; everything else is far from satisfactory. From the service to the breakfast, it's all subpar! The room lacked basic amenities like soap, the sink was dirty, and there were no towel hooks in the bathroom, which was also unclean. The receptionist, who kept us waiting for 30 minutes because he was sleeping, was incredibly impolite. Despite having included breakfast for two adults and a 4-year-old child, they still charged us for the child's breakfast. The coffee was cold, and even the supposedly fresh orange juice was diluted with water. The manager seemed indifferent to our complaints, and no one bothered to come and apologize. This place is definitely NOT recommended.

Worst accommodation I experienced in Bali (we stayed on the ground floor) let me summarize in a bulleted list below:- terrible smell in the room, a mixture of mold, sewage and moisture. We were in the room as little as possible as we felt sick and had headaches. The smell got stuck in our clothes and packing and smelled so strong that we had to wash everything when we got to a new hotel.- the bathroom is very worn and smells very bad.- dirty, had a skeleton of a lizard under the seat cushion in the chair. Stains on the duvet, had to ask for a new one.- the door has large gaps which let mosquitoes in.- bad breakfast.+ nice view+ nice pool+ centralDo not recommend.

First of all, I must say that the location is very good, right in the center, the size of the rooms and the view from the balconies are very nice, but the sink and toilet are extremely dirty, they had made the floors sparkling clean, but imagine that there were urine marks on the toilet seat. The sheets weren't bad, though.

Very bad hotel, I do not recommend it. The only good thing is the pool. The man at the reception is unpleasant, we arrived with our baby and asked about a crib, and he only answered “no”. The next day he was at breakfast, we asked him if he could please make us a hard-boiled egg for our baby, he laughed mockingly and said “no” nothing more. The most disgusting thing was that at the same breakfast, he went to smoke next to me and my baby, giving me all the smell of cigarettes, plus those who were in the kitchen also came out, smoked and went back to cooking, obviously I didn't eat anything, I ordered some poached eggs, anything but poached eggs arrived, one half-cooked egg and another ultra-cooked, I sent them back, it made me very disgusted. Thank goodness we rented for only one day, the room was dirty, the bathroom had fungus, the water was not hot, the cups were dirty, the dishes were dirty. All more pieces are heard. By far our worst experience in Bali.
