I don’t usually write reviews but this hotel really deserves it. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Staff were very friendly, a room was super clean and beds so comfortable. There was a fantastic choice of food for breakfast. Definitely recommend it to everyone who’s traveling with a family and a dog.

For me one of the best hotels in Germany. I was recently in another one in the center of Leipzig, but this one is much better. And for me from a logistics point of view, the best of the best. Close to the highway and even far from my work, the journey is not so long. The service is very friendly and customer-oriented. The food in the restaurant may not be too many options, but very tasty. Only the dark beer was not so good. :D

My room had a small hole in the wall (which did not cause any inconvenience) and a broken chair when I checked in. The broken chair was leaning against the wall/window in such a way that it looked like it was undamaged. The moment I wanted to sit on the chair, I almost fell because one of the chair legs was broken. I did not care that much since I wasn't planning to use the chair during my stay so I just went to bed. The hotel got very lucky because it could have gotten nasty if an elderly customer got injured due to the hotel's negligence. Especially considering the chair was deliberately placed against the wall/window to appear undamaged—how does the hotel think this is acceptable? When we checked out, we received a message that we needed to pay 350 EU for the damages done to the room. Sure, I did not report the broken chair to the reception, but I assumed it was known to the hotel because it should have been pretty obvious that the chair was broken - especially housekeeping should have noticed. And apparently I should've reported the small hole in the wall too - is it expected that customers should do a thorough full-room inspection during check-in??It should be the hotel's responsibility to thoroughly inspect the room during check-out before the next customer checks in, which they did not do in my case. Now they wanted me to pay 350 EU for damages that I did not cause. We paid a significant amount for this hotel, so thorough inspections by the hotel staff should be standard practice before blaming the next customer without any evidence. We obviously did not pay the 350 EU, but it took me several extra (frustrating) hours after my holiday to get this issue resolved.Advice for future customers: Please do a thorough inspection of your room during check-in and report ANY (even very small damages that will not cause you any inconvenience, such as a bump in the wall) to the reception immediately. Otherwise, the hotel might send you a bill after check-out, even if you did not cause the damage yourself. I never had this kind of experience in other hotels, so be aware that this might be a deliberate strategy by this hotel to get some extra money.

Hi all, I was with my older son, aged 14 on a trip together and I took him to watch a football match in the Euro 24 games and I was a bit concerned because of the location ( being a bit distant from the center of the city) but I was …

The staff was amiable and helpful. The room was clean and charming, and our sleep was very sound and comfortable. We stayed a week and it felt like a home away from home.

An excellent hotel on the outskirts of the city with easy access from the motorway. There is a large, free car park next to the hotel. The interiors of the hotel are spacious and elegantly finished. Very clean. Our room was large with comfortable beds (both for adults and children). Great service both at the reception and at breakfast. Very tasty and varied breakfast.

Fantastic hotel, just off the motorway, great parking. Hotel is spotless, beds are great. Absolutely Recommend this hotel, fab restaurant as well||The packets of jellies on your bed is a nice touch. Price usually includes breakfast but I always leave early but I’d say it’s good
