Not a hotel but a hostel. Shared yucky bathrooms, springs in bed can be felt when laying down. It's not worth more than what they are charging, only that they charged an excessive amount during the UEFA Cup in June. Rented two rooms due to location, but it was the most disgusting place I've stayed at in the past 20 years.

We only stayed for one night, however, I regretted even that. Already at our arrival we were confronted with strange jokes by the receptionist. The room was okay for the price. I could not see the bed bugs mentioned by many. However, the bathroom was so dirty that I had to use the bathroom on another floor. In addition, the hotel is very noisy and the guests in the next room were very loud into the night.

First of all. We decided to pay extra for an upgrade room with a private bathroom. This hadn't been arranged. And while it was rectified. It did cause inconvenience. The reason I give 2 Star is because additionally I had requested a fan for the room before I paid. This was agreed. But also not arranged. It seems the above 2 incidents are due to whoever I send a message to. Either failing to act. Or failing to communicate with his colleagues? The manager offered absolutely no apology whatsoever for this. Also the room was supposed to have a hair dryer. It did not. In fact the bathroom light did not work. Also no TV remote. Finally this is the only time I have ever visited a hotel without a water kettle for hot drinks in my room.It seems if you need a warm drink you use the vending machine 3 floors below and pay 2 euro for a cappuccino for example. So despite a budget room. Expect to pay 10 euro for example for 5 drinks all day.All in all. I feel even 2 stars is generous from me.I give because at least my room had double glazed windows.I tell the manager. Please show attention and due diligence

The bed blankets weren't probably even cleaned. Disgusting! I've had rather been staying up whole night at the trainstation better choice ! Never using this disgusting so called "Hotel" agin

The location is good but the fact that check in closed at 10PM is not helpful. The room contained some bugs 🐜 and wasn’t that clean. The wall felt made by paper (I could hear the person snoring for the next room). The price is good for low budget trip

Gross place. Everything smells, you don't want to touch anything but you have to sleep right? Under no circumstances should you book a room here. Only booked because it was literally the only place available. A hellish experience.

I have booked the Stern hotel from 4th to 6th June. It was a very unpleasant stay and I had the worst experience in my life.Rooms were not cleaned, towels were damp and the worst part was the room was full of bed bugs. We were not able to sleep and awake all night, killing the bugs in the room.I advise everyone to stay away from this property.

Full of bedbugs, never go here!!My room was full of bedbugs, they bite me several times during the night. I had to take all of my clothes to a cleaning shop and buy new ones to be able to go to the office that week. I checked out after the first night and after the whole nightmare, they don't want to give me a full refund which is simply not acceptable. I strictly not recommend this "hotel" to anyone.
