Very nice hotel in Walldorf. Rooms were cozy and clean. Food was great at the restaurant. My only gripe is the location as there is nothing right around the hotel. If you don't get a taxi, it's a 10-15 min walk to get into town and another 10 min to get to a store or restaurant. No Uber here, but the Zeus scooter rentals saved me. However, the hotel is outside the scooter rental zone, so you still have to walk 10 min to find a parked scooter.

I have stayed for 5 nights on a business trip.Arrogant or super-tired (or both) staff at the reception and in the restaurant. The cleaning and maintenance staff vey kind, always meet you with smile and “good morning” in the corridors.Not clean and old. It is far from 4 stars hotel as it claims.WiFi very bad.I don’t recommend it as a good value for the money that it costs.

A very large and well appointed hotel close to the freeway and Heidelberg. The room was large and comfortable, with a good bed. The bathroom and towels were good. Clean, good heater, a window that could be opened. It had a swimming pool that we didn't use and a good restaurant that we did. Food wasn't gourmet, but was very good, as was the service. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking and excellent price. Great value.

Leonardo is a bit at the edge of things 😀 but it gives space and calm like this, away from the hussle. Food in the restaurant was very good today, Carpacciao and salad bowl - and staff very helpful. Lorena looked after us very well. Would recommend this place if you want to relax and breath a bit - very typical landscape for the area too. I always come here for business but also know the area as visitor.

I booked a room on the first of May for a stay in July. My credit card was billed twice for the room. I asked them on the 7th and 13th why they did that, and that they should return my money, but never got a response. Not a very good start of my first experience with a Leonardo hotel.

OK facilities and smooth check-in. However, I got the nasty surprise that for having dinner at the restaurant “I should have reserved in advance” (although more than 1/2 of the tables were empty) so I could not get a table. Anyhow, a larger group than and mine came a few min later without reservation, and they were admitted right away… when the staff noticed I was still around, they offered me to have a table, but I had already ordered delivery meal by then… very inconsistent treatment.

We decided to stay here for the night so we booked a room with 3 beds we try to check in and the woman behind the reception says that they dont have bedrooms with 3 beds and no it was'nt a different hotel if you think that so they offered us a third bed and it would be delivered soon 4 Hours later at 10 a clock at night we finally get the bed and it was'nt even a good bed so this is why 1 staredit: i have bin reading through the other reviews and al of the reply's are automated and i dont think they care about any of them
