Had dinner today. Food was super tasty. Service was very nice and also very chatty. You feel good, let's put it that way. But I have one point to criticize that is not very nice.It's about cleanliness. There were fly corpses on the window sill and the floor wasn't very clean either. This urgently needs to be remedied. It's also about hygiene. Otherwise, as I said, we were completely satisfied.Definitely coming back.It would be nice if we worked on it.

Small, cozy and very quiet hotel in a central location on the island. Good gastronomy, very friendly staff. Parking options in the immediate vicinity. Very good breakfast. Due to the staff, room cleaning only takes place every three days, which is actually no problem, but should be communicated in advance if a guest does not agree to this.

Well located, chic restaurant with a nice atmosphere. We can't rate the rooms because we were only there to eat.In short: The food was very, very tasty, we all enjoyed it very much and we were full. Big plus point: the burger buns seemed to be homemade.Unfortunately, the service was a little understaffed, which is why we had to wait “longer”. Nevertheless, nice restaurant that I would recommend.

May 19, 2024 Fantastic nice hotel. Quiet and beautiful location. Large nice rooms with comfortable beds. Well-kept and tidy everywhere. Friendly staff. The asparagus dishes for dinner were the best you have ever eaten, fantastically well cooked and delicious. The breakfast was also plentiful and tasty, most of what you could wish for was there. A place you would like to return to.

Disappointed!!!We wanted to take a little break to relax over the weekend on Rügen. Unfortunately nothing came of this because a family celebration with a DJ took place in the hotel. Our room was directly above the DJ and music system. Sleep was out of the question...I don't understand why this room wasn't given to someone at the party!Unfortunately, this party was not mentioned when we booked.The breakfast didn't really impress us either, as it wasn't refilled after 9 a.m. and some things were missing. For example, on bread rolls we had to... Wait 10 minutes.Unfortunately, we were not able to get the relaxation we had hoped for, and that for a room price of €148.00 per night. What a shame!

We were at the Hotel Rugard in July 2021 and now we have been there again in May 2024. Hotel very quiet. Rooms very nice, very clean and quiet. The breakfast is more than sufficient and very tasty. Everything fresh.The staff is very courteous, extremely kind and always willing to listen beyond your actual tasks. They always had great suggestions for excursions and restaurants. You can also eat delicious food in the in-house restaurant.Thank you for the lovely 5 days with you. We'll definitely be back. Thank you very much

A really pretty building awaits its guests here. We were greeted very friendly at check-in. Everything important was explained when the keys were handed over. In retrospect, the only thing I missed was the information about how to get up the tower for free. After that our stay became very disappointing.The sofa bed can be offered as an emergency bed but not as full accommodation for 4 people.It's a small, squeaky, wobbly thing with metal struts broken in the visible area. Severe back pain the next day is guaranteed.A cupboard door is missing in the "kitchen" and the silicone joints in the bathroom have come apart over a large area.The parking lot is at the toboggan run & as a guest you are allowed to change the toilet paper roll right at the beginning because there is an empty roll with 10 sheets hanging there... But the worst thing was the strong smell of the deep fryer in the stairwell that wafted into our room. Half an hour in the “living room” and on the next car ride the clothes already smelled like a cheap chip shop. Very unpleasant.My complaint was dealt with promptly and in a very friendly manner and we saw whether we could get another room. This would have worked too, but of course it would cost more. This can be offered, but the question is whether it is a sensible and customer-oriented solution. In any case, that wasn't an option for me. €174 for a fast food feeling instead of a holiday feeling is more than enough money.The next disillusionment followed in the evening: the refrigerator hums and gurgles at such a volume that those who have to sleep on the squeaky something hear even more annoying noise throughout the night.In any case, we had spontaneously planned dinner somewhere else and were looking forward to breakfast.That in turn was very tasty and rich. There should be something for every taste here. Without back pain and smelly clothes, breakfast would have been a great way to end the holiday.Our conclusion: we definitely don't want to book here again.

It was a wonderful stay. Beds were very good, the room was comfortable and clean. The location in the middle of the countryside is beautifully relaxing and quiet. Nice hotel in a great location. Very quiet and yet you can quickly reach the city center on foot. The rooms are quite simple but very clean. All the employees were very friendly. The breakfast was great.
