Perfect hotel with family charm. One hotel price including pool and sauna. Great location, good extensive breakfast. (okay rolls could have been from the bakery rather than baked). Free parking, free WiFi (ok could be better) But all in all I'm at home when I'm on holiday there. I come here several times a year. And I'll be back

Dinner service was very friendly and attentive. The food was super tasty. The cocktails at the hotel bar were also very tasty.At breakfast we unfortunately had to point out that the cups and coffee were missing.The swimming pool with the massage offered is also highly recommended.

Great hotel for transit. My room was functionally furnished and very clean. The bathroom was small, but had everything you could need. Breakfast was a buffet with a large selection. Parking right in front of the door.A big disappointment was the WiFi. This didn't work in my room. Not just bad reception, but no signal at all. Too bad.

A very welcoming, clean hotel. Located in a commercial area with plenty of parking.The service was very friendly, the elevator worked, the food was OK. The pool and sauna area was designed to be very inviting.

Unfortunately, the restaurant only opens from Tuesday to Saturday, reception and information and staff are good, breakfast is great, the massage staff is also very friendly, I felt comfortable, a very quiet and nice hotel

The two ladies at the reception, July 12th. / 4:30 p.m. - great. Extremely friendly and accommodating.Hotel reception also manned at night.The only drawback: the light in the bathroom and in the room for putting on make-up was an absolute disaster. 😅, therefore a star deduction.Breakfast was very good and absolutely sufficient...but the breakfast staff was grumpy.

Dear Krüger family, I was able to spend 3 nights in your small hotel with 2 friends. To cut a long story short - we were thrilled! The rooms are clean, bright and friendly and much quieter than you would expect at first glance due to the nearby B105. The spa area is great with a sufficiently large pool, various saunas and a range of massages. Your price/performance ratio is absolutely top and the entire team at reception is great - friendly, competent and absolutely helpful at all times! I would particularly like to highlight Mr. H. K., you really have a great and valuable employee there. In addition to the only mediocre internet, which is due to Telekom, which obviously doesn't come from the "Quark" here, there is only one small point of criticism, which I would like to get rid of. I am of the opinion that this is the only way to improve. The breakfast accompaniment by your Mrs. M. could be greatly improved. This isn't about the breakfast itself, which is great, but about Ms. M. as a person. She manages to ruin the morning joy and fun of the day for every morning guest, no matter how good he or she is in a good mood. No kind word, no smile, no empathy. Unfortunately, customer/guest contact is not your core competency. The tone is rough and unfriendly, but loud and clear - therefore, in my opinion, inappropriate for the guest. Communication training could possibly be helpful here. By the way, not only we noticed this, but also other guests. But that's supposed to be it. If we come to your area again, we would be happy to come back to you at any time. I will recommend you!

Very nice and courteous staff at the reception. Rooms are clean, the bathroom is modern. Very good breakfast.Small disadvantage, when the window is open you can hear the cars next door.
