We were guests of the restaurant and had a very good breakfast here and were also here in the afternoon. In addition to the nice service, you get by far the best hot waffles on the island and we have tried many waffles over the years. If you are traveling near Königsstuhl, you should definitely stop by here.

Very nice and quiet hotel. Nice rooms, quiet location. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. The dinner is freshly prepared and was really great, and above all the price-performance ratio is excellent. We can only recommend the hotel. 5 stars from us!

We had dinner at Inselglück on a lovely evening. It was very tasty, the service was perfect and the owner was very friendly and competent. I would be happy to eat at Inselglück again and would also be happy to recommend the restaurant.

We have now been here 3 times within a week. The evening business is new with a great menu. The ingredients are freshly prepared. In addition to the regular menu, there are also daily specials. A visit is definitely recommended. The delicious cakes are still available.

While we were staying in Hagen, we became aware of the Hotel and Café Inselglück in Hagen. We went there twice for breakfast and once for lunch. The operating couple offers great service, are very friendly and fulfilled our wishes immediately. The prices of the food and drinks on offer are reasonable. We would be happy to come back and can warmly recommend the dining options.

I spontaneously wanted to take a few days' vacation on Rügen and see the chalk cliffs and other sights. And I was looking for a well-located place to stay overnight. Called and was lucky that there was still a room available for me. The small, second-generation family-run hotel is easy to find, parking is right in front of it. The welcome was extremely friendly and relaxed, so you immediately felt like you were in good hands. The room handover was completely uncomplicated. Breakfast is served at the table in the morning according to your individual wishes and you will be more than full. Everything is plentiful and super fresh and lovingly prepared. You can have breakfast inside or outside in a beach chair. You can also have lunch, coffee and dinner here and not just hotel guests. Anyone can come by from breakfast to dinner. The cakes are homemade and super tasty, the food is varied, super tasty and freshly prepared. You can see the attention to detail and how much love it is prepared with. Unfortunately you can't find much in MV anymore. Downstairs there is also a drinks fridge with various drinks and a price list for self-service and a trusted cash register. The young couple who run the hotel are super friendly, open to conversation and you just feel comfortable. It's like being on a winter holiday in our guest house in Austria, like coming home. I can highly recommend this hotel.

We have been at Insel Glück for the 4th year in a row and felt like we were in good hands again. The family feeling that you get from the first day is simply wonderful, everything is just right, from the service to the food and cleanliness, everything is great, keep it up. We went to the café because it said on the website that the café offered gluten-free cakes. The waitress was quite unfriendly and said that it wasn't the case. We waited quite a long time to even be served. We didn't get a menu card, but had to ask what was available.Hello, referring to the operator's answer below, it should be said that we were not offered the waffles as an alternative. We therefore could not accept this “alternative”. It is a disgrace on the part of the operator to make such claims here. Especially since people with intolerances are urgently looking for cafés with appropriate offers.

Nice little hotel, rooms clean and cozy with a balcony. TV in the room, you can borrow a hairdryer if necessary. Breakfast very varied, just great. The staff are very nice and always make sure you feel comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet location, perfect for relaxing. Can highly recommend it.

Very nice there again this year. We were only there to eat. Breakfast, lunch and coffee. Very friendly service, delicious breakfast and food. Homemade pies and cakes. We are always happy to come back.

A nice little, privately run hotel. We had a cozy room with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom was too small and older, without a socket for a hairdryer or something similar. The breakfast was not buffet style, but was individually put together and served at the table. During the day there are delicious, homemade cakes. However, the price is too high, more expensive than some spa hotels.

On Monday I was looking for a breakfast option as the original breakfast destination unexpectedly closed. As we drove past we saw that breakfast was also offered here in the cafe. So we decided to take advantage of the offer. The welcome was very friendly, the cafe was simple but very clean and tidy. We ordered breakfast for 2 with "a lot of coffee" ;-) What we were served exceeded our expectations based on the price. Very rich and delicious! We took the rest with us on the way because we couldn't manage everything!

A very nice, quiet and cozy hotel. The owners are very friendly and accommodating.Unfortunately only one night for business reasons, I would have liked to stay longer.If you want to relax and sleep on clouds, this is the right place for you.Working on the laptop in the afternoon sun on the terrace with coffee and cake was very pleasant.P.S. Small things to eat are also offered. The tarte flambée for dinner was very tasty.
