The nicest place to stay in a long time!Our room was very well maintained and very attractively furnished. The breakfast like in a 5* hotel. A wonderful garden with seating.The landlady, Ms. Bongartz, pampers the guests with attentiveness and friendliness.

Even though we only stayed at Villa 32 for one night, we enjoyed every second. Beautiful, clean room, great location and a very warm hostess who spoiled us with a fantastic breakfast. We'd love to come back!

Big scammer!1) I searched on Google maps when I was in Taiwan for "hotels near me" there was a fake link when I clicked and booked it led me to this Villa 32 in Germany. (I have attached the video screen record to show how this scammed on me)2) Even inside the Agoda the policy written black-and-white saying that it is 50% refundable if cancelled the booking beforehand. I did click on the "Cancel" button but this person-in-charge reject my cancellation, and it led me burnt 100% of my money. The policy just written for fun. I never met a German in person, but this is the first impression that a German gave me - big scammer.

In Villa 32 you will receive a very friendly welcome. It is very conveniently located just 20 minutes from the Baltic Sea coast by car, bus and train! The hospitality is excellent and individual requests are catered for! The breakfast here is something very special, lots of freshly prepared vegetable and fruit salads with a “taste explosion in your mouth”, alternating sausage, fish and cheese platters!The rooms are very clean and comfortably furnished! The garden also invites you to relax and unwind!Many thanks also to the staff who put their heart and soul into entertaining their guests! The trip is worth it to feel at home!

Villa 32 is an old city villa with a lot of charm, run by the absolutely warm and caring Ms. Bongartz. The rooms are very lovingly and tastefully furnished. Unfortunately, you have to make the deduction for the lightness (wooden stairs, floorboards) inside the house. The street noise isn't too bothersome as we had the garden side and the windows close well. The train doesn't open much either. Unfortunately, the WiFi is a bit weak and not always stable. The town of Kröpelin is not exactly a highlight and actually has nothing to offer. But thanks to the central location in this region, everything (Rostock, Kühlungsborn, Rerik, Wismar etc.) is easy to reach. The beds were great, they were very picky, the cleanliness of the whole house and the varied breakfast with small delicacies and greetings from the kitchen. Ms. Bongartz is very attentive when it comes to the well-being of her guests. We will recommend it and will definitely come back ourselves.

Nice, modern room. Cleanliness deserves a 1. Ms. Bongarts is very nice, considerate and accommodating. The breakfast was very varied, with homemade jam. Every now and then a “greeting” from the kitchen. Everything made with a lot of love.

Absolute heart recommendation! The operator is very friendly, courteous and careful. The ambience is beautiful! Have been there 3 times now, in 3 different rooms. A dream in white! The beds are incredibly large and the rooms are lovingly furnished. We'd love to come back. ☺️

The property is in a beautiful location and offers easy access to all Baltic Sea cities by car.There were no negative aspects of the accommodation, everything was satisfactory and without any complaints.If you have booked breakfast, you will be surprised every day with a great homemade breakfast. Everything was there, from homemade jam to fresh fruit and vegetables.We can highly recommend Villa 32.

It was a great short vacation. Visited friends on Poel and booked us a room in Villa 32. It is highly recommended 👌 👌. Tastefully decorated and everything very clean 👍👍👍. The breakfast was great, from homemade jam to cake 👌😋. It is lovingly prepared. The manager is very nice and accommodating, she gives good tips on what to see and where to eat. We'll be back 🙂

The rooms are a place for 2 people with the two 70s mattresses (i.e. 140s bed), the quite large TV on the wall, chest of drawers and the bathroom with a large almost walk-in shower, the beautiful vanity and of course the toilet paired with the beautiful floorboards. where you can sleep well! The only thing that bothers you in the morning is the cars, but you can keep the window closed, which calms things down a lot.The breakfast was very tasty, always something different, different rolls and bread as well as delicious toppings and fruit! If desired, tea or coffee and occasionally 🍰 or a delicious yogurt 👍Parking lot behind the building and everything clean and tidy 😊

The apartment is very nice and comfortably furnished and very clean. The open roof contributes to a feeling of well-being and the exposed roof beams to comfort. The noise on Wismarische Straße bothers me. The night ends for me in this tranquil little town at 5:30 a.m., even on a Saturday. If you need peace and quiet, this is unfortunately not the place for you. It's a shame for the friendly landlords.
