Overall, it was a lovely few days at Villa Jupiter. Of course not a 5 star hotel, not always friendly staff and the rooms with beds are quite small. But you get what you pay for. Everything is fine for that. The food was also ok, with a good selection in the morning and evening. Everything is just plain homely and tasty. But 5 days were enough to get to know everything and explore a little of the Polish Baltic Sea coast to Kolberg. Conclusion: Not a highlight but bourgeois charm.

We stayed at Villa Jupiter for a few days, once and never again. Beds a disaster, far too small and sagging. You can't expect that from a guest, even if you don't pay much. Sleeping comfort is a must, as a large bathroom is no use. Food was okay.

If you want to have peace and quiet, want to have cheap rooms and sleep in a very comfortable bed, I recommend this hotel, a small, cozy hotel without a lot of extras, and a delicious breakfast, kind regards

We are coming back from a long weekend at Villa Jupiter and we are very pleased. Great location, close to the sea and the promenade, clean rooms, everything new, delicious and varied breakfasts - it's perfect that there is a terrace where you can eat outside. Excellent service, best regards 😊 Our goal was bicycle trips and it was an ideal base. The only thing we missed was a fridge in the room.

The whole staff was very unfriendly.Every day there were cold scrambled eggs or fried eggs, the soft drinks were so diluted that it was better to leave it alone. The beds weren't even made but the money we put on the bed for two days was of course no longer there. We were there with friends and had actually booked a better hotel and then ended up there. The last day we ran out of toilet paper and had to get it from our friends. This house is absolutely terrible.

The staff cannot be surpassed in terms of unfriendliness 👎I had a parking space (10 euros per day) right in front of the hotel and on the second day the footpath was opened directly behind my car (2 meters deep and around 2.50 meters wide) due to construction work ❗️Nobody at the reception had told me and wasn't willing to give me another parking space ❗️Despite repeated inquiries, they couldn't and wouldn't tell me how long this construction work would take and when I asked someone from the construction company they just said, nothing understand"❗️❗️❗️I couldn't even use my car to go anywhere the entire week ❗️If we had wanted to leave after 3 days, we wouldn't have left ❗️Nobody cares ❗️❗️❗️Also ❗️Room much too small ❗️Bathroom much too small ❗️ I would give breakfast a grade 3, just like dinner ❗️It was always the same and when something was gone, nothing was added ❗️We definitely won't go there again ❗️🤷♂️Otherwise it's actually pretty clean ❗️

The hotel is very central. The beds are too narrow and worn out. Our bathroom, especially the toilet, urgently needs a thorough cleaning. The breakfast was the worst we ever had in Świnoujście. We're definitely not coming back.

My overall experience with this accommodation was positive. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the 1.60m wide bed was comfortable for two people. However, there were only two sockets in the room, which was a bit tight as one was already occupied for the TV and the other for the lamp.Another point of criticism is the meal times, which were actually a bit unusual. They seemed more like meal times for seniors, as other guests also commented. In this respect, I can agree with the criticisms.Despite these small deficiencies, I had a pleasant stay and found the rooms to be first class. Therefore, I suggest that the property may consider providing additional power outlets and adjusting meal times to provide guests with an even better experience. Oh and the food was of mediocre to good quality, although you can also find reasonably priced options along the promenade for just a few euros.

Small hotel, very clean and polite service staff. I would come back if the beds weren't so narrow. That was a minus point for me. The allocation of the 3 parking spaces on site (apparently there are none) was also very subjective. It already annoyed me. When asked it says: No parking spaces can be booked,But there are always German cars belonging to vacationers on it.But 500 m further you can park your car in a guarded parking lot. Costs 50 PLN per day.

not far from the beach, clean, very nice. Hotel good location. Rooms are clean but the beds are a bit narrow for two people, around 160 cm. The food is fine, but the meal times are like in a sanatorium, Abeds generalize from 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days.Our room and especially the bathroom were a nice size. We didn't arrive on site until 6 p.m. due to a car breakdown. Since according to Check24 check-in is possible until 9 p.m., we saw the whole thing in a relaxed manner. However, when we arrived at the hotel we discovered that the reception was only open until 7 p.m. and that dinner was only available until 6:30 p.m.So we ate first and then checked in quickly. The staff then kindly pointed out to us that we didn't have much time to eat and also cleared away the food.Breakfast is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., as already described above.Unfortunately I can't say anything about lunch.Breakfast and dinner were sufficient with a selection that I would describe as good. Purely based on the location and the rooms, we would choose this hotel again. However, due to the staff I would look for another hotel. I also think that the meal times could be improved, although that is probably a matter of taste.For everyone who is there for the first time:All parking spaces cost money.I had no information about this until I got the ticket.Now that doesn't happen to me anymore.
