Since the restaurant opened, I have been eating there with friends every now and then.Without cause for negative public criticism.The last time we visited we received an extremely unfriendly welcome.With insulting insinuations and arrogance.I only knew something like that from some negative experiences in the GDR gastronomy.If I hadn't invited my friends over for my birthday dinner, I would have left again.At least there was friendly service at the table.

Today I reserved a room at around 6pm and then called around 11:50pm the same day to politely ask if I could cancel the booking and get part of the amount paid back. They spoke rudely to me and hung up the phone.

My first impression was of a committed restaurant in the country - the welcome was friendly, the room was sparkling clean, the food in the brasserie was okay.Since the restaurant closes at 8pm, my wife and I planned an evening in the room with board games and drinks. However, we would have needed a second chair in the room for this - when we asked the staff for one when the restaurant was closing, we heard "No, that's not possible - the other rooms don't have something like that either". When we asked if we could take a cocktail back to our room, the waiter answered "no, it's not very welcome here"; and since the central minibar in the hallway was almost empty (there was only wheat beer and soda), we spent the evening frustrated in front of the television instead. There is still plenty of room for improvement when it comes to “service to guests”...

Delicious food and nice staff. The food is plentiful and tasty, and appropriate for the price. Were there with a dog. We immediately got a drinking bowl for the dog. Gladly again

Were invited there by friends. Food perfect and also very pleasing to the eye. Price performance is right, staff as well as the bosses are very friendly and competent. Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated.We'd love to come back

This guesthouse brasserie is located directly on the B104 between Güstrow and Sternberg and we “just” wanted to eat a schnitzel. We were taken into the garden by a cheerful, competent service employee. Astonished by the size and furnishings, we were happy to take a seat. The kitchen recommendations and the dishes on the menu convinced us. A schnitzel became a rum steak 😉. It was perfect! All the dishes were super tasty.
