Located in the forest, quiet location, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very broad, there is something for everyone and everything is in stock and fresh until the end.Coffee and cake in the afternoon and a varied evening offering on site are also always possible... the heated pool and sauna can be used every day and a cozy bar in the evening invites you to end the day beautifully. I can recommend spending time there and think that you will always want to come back here.

A very well maintained and professionally run hotel. Although it no longer necessarily corresponds to modern taste, the entire furnishings are of high quality and are in remarkably good and well-maintained condition.The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is also big enough.In any case, the cleaning staff (quick, thorough and almost unnoticeable) as well as the constant friendliness of the staff are noteworthy. This is really extraordinary.

Wanted to book a few days stay in Germany but unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control I had to control I had to cancel booking. But I realised when I cancelled it was no refund cancellation. Not only could I not get refund but I couldn't change the dates also. When I rang the reception of hotel to try and explain I was rudely told "sorry I cannot help you". I could understand no refund if it was last minute cancellation but I cancelled almost immediately and over a week before I was due to stay. Giving hotel plenty time to re sell the room. Very disappointed with the way I was treated over the phone.

The hotel simply has a great location, right next to the Darßer jungle.And if the weather isn't so nice, you can swim in the heated outdoor pool and relax in the saunas.

Super nice hotel and the staff was also very friendly and accommodating, both in the restaurant and at the reception.The hotel is a bit out of the way, but right next to the forest where you can go for a wonderful walk.

We would like to thank you for the attention on the occasion of my partner's birthday.The breakfast was excellent...the toilet in our room is much too deep...the pillows could be a little bigger...the lighting in the room should be reconsidered...the hotel facility is very good Nice, but a bit far from the center...otherwise we liked it and would love to come back. A wonderful hotel with extremely great service, especially in the breakfast and restaurant areas. The rooms were super clean, everything was very well maintained. The fact that the furniture isn't the most modern wasn't a problem for us at all.The furniture is still high quality and the mattresses are of good quality.We also always received friendly advice at the reception.We would love to come back 😊

The hotel is simply perfect. Surrounded by a large park and lots of forest. This makes it heavenly quiet here and you can relax very well. Whether lying by the pool or treating yourself to a massage. No matter, everything fits. And the employees try very hard to ensure that nothing is missing. And from the hotel, after the excellent breakfast, you can then explore the area. By bike, of course. If you don't have one with you, you can also borrow oneAnd in the evening, relax at the bar to end the beautiful day you have experienced. I will definitely want to experience this again at the Bernstein Hotel Prerow. LG 😂

Very good hotel, right next to the Darßer National Park. Breakfast very good, it couldn't be better. Rooms adequate, but without air conditioning and small.

Rooms very small, no air conditioning, get very hot.No kettle or mini bar in the room.No fan.Blankets that are too warmVery small, outdated bathroom.Old interior, 90s.You had to look for restaurant/cafe staff, after someone finally came, he seemed annoyed and short.No hospitable gastronomy!Prices in the café are also not appropriate(2x small pieces of cake, 2 coffees (small) and a 0.2l cola for just under 27€.Pool very small for the size of the hotel.Bicycle rental does not exist in the hotel.There is no information about the hotel offers in the rooms.There is a table football table without a ball, you can get the ball at the reception, but we found out by chance that it isn't written anywhere.Parking costs €10 per night, which would be okay if everything else was okay.The positive thing is the breakfast, the staff is very friendly and the selection is good.Everything else feels good for the price(€2064 for 10 days) according to the “sham package”.It's a shame that you have to experience something like that in Germany, it would be nice if hotels had to be more transparent.

The house is getting old but the friendly, personal service and the charming gardens make up for it. We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, the rooms are noisy and we didn't have air conditioning because it was really warm even on the Baltic Sea, but that's complaining on a high level.The housekeeping does a great job and all the other employees should also be mentioned positively. The pool is absolutely fantastic and the loungers were sufficient. Most of the time you commute between the bike ride, the beach and the pool, so everyone can find their own spot.There are enough parking spaces available.A bike ride to the west beach with the lighthouse is a must. It's beautiful there but unfortunately it's no longer an insider tip ;-)
