Had pre-booked two nights...The first room we were assigned had a seriously cracked toilet lid. The damage did not look fresh, and was not insignificant, we were given another room. But that should have been fixed. The cleaning staff must have seen it, and reported it.Otherwise, the room was large, comfort variant, with a good bed and a sofa.Very small and dark shower.And I do NOT like colored, red, towels in hotels.Good with parking right outside, for a small payment in their yard or freely on the street.The breakfast experience left more to be desired. Breakfast at 0800 and the door was not unlocked until then. You felt like a school student in a dining room. Breakfast was included and was relatively modest. It was explained on the sign - ok, we understood that. But you had to point out to the staff that toppings were missing, then they came out with slices of ham in hand, admittedly with gloves on, and refilled.On day 2, we were the first to enter the breakfast room and the platter of cold cuts was already sticky. It looked like it had been refrigerated from the day before and then refilled. My own guess, maybe there is another explanation.But even a simple breakfast can be presented nicely and attractively. There was a torn small plastic cutting board to cut bread on, it didn't lie still and you risked your fingers.Breakfast is a big part of my stay and that's why I commented personally.You take care of yourself during your stay.Outside of reception hours on FM and 15-18, there was nothing available, as the coffee machine and drinks cabinet are only served by staff.

Simple, sterile and unadorned rooms without a minibar.Good breakfast and very nice staff.Unfortunately there are no restaurants or opportunities to buy a cold drink in the evening.Therefore only suitable for a short stay.

Good hotel if you don't set your expectations too high. The rooms are not the largest, but are always clean. The hotel itself makes a clean and well-kept impression. The staff is also very friendly. Only the reception could be more busy as a contact person. Often there is no one there. The breakfast is sufficient, but could be a little more varied. We would come again.

Stayed here for two nights and are satisfied.For a hotel of this price there was a lavish breakfast buffet.The employees were always committed and friendly.The only drawback that I don't deduct a star from is that there is only a sliding door to the toilet, which makes it very noisy.

The room was very large, in contrast to the bathroom. The furniture is functional, but it doesn't feel comfortable. A soap dispenser in the shower would be nice and the room lacks a small refrigerator, as a lot of cyclists apparently stay there and you would like to have some cold water. You can only access the drinks fridge next to the lobby when the reception is occupied and I think that's only until 6 p.m.Breakfast was sufficient; The coffee machine in the lobby would look good in the breakfast room, especially since it is only operated by employees when the reception is occupied. There is a nice outdoor area where ashtrays were already on the table for breakfast, although there were benches not far away where smokers could comfortably smoke their cigarettes. As non-smokers we found this very unpleasant.It is not far from the hotel to the city and the harbor. There is also a lake nearby.The hotel is in a nice, quiet location and there is plenty of parking space.

Had a double room for single use. Rooms are large, clean and relatively modern. There is electricity if you put the room key in the card reader.All of the rooms I had also had fly screens in front of a window. This is worth its weight in gold when it comes to aggressive mosquitoes.One shortcoming is time. You have to check in by 6 p.m. and breakfast is served at the earliest at 8 a.m. Much too late for us.Nevertheless, I would come back

Clean environment and the handicapped accessible room was sufficiently large and clean. The bathroom equipment is adjusted.Only the beds are not suitable for disabled people - far too low and too soft. Sitting up and standing up is not possible without help. There was a disabled parking space but you had to pay for it. The breakfast was sufficient and the staff was also very friendly and helpful

...I checked in there repeatedly!!!Great reception, the trainee looked after me professionally and very friendly! Great rooms, good prices! Breakfast is sufficient! Bicycle garage & outdoor parking space available! Simply great! Thanks dear team, I will come again!

To start with the positive: the location of the hotel is very nice. But then it stops: the price-performance ratio is disproportionate. The rooms are mini small, breakfast is very clear, milk café costs extra, the service is mostly unfriendly, probably poorly paid. After 6 p.m. there are no drinks to buy, it's good that you can drink the water from the tap. Apparently the boss is trying to make a fortune at the expense of the guests, which is a shame.

Rooms very simple, bathroom much too small. The sink wasn't working, the shower and toilet were ok.Otherwise clean.From the outside the hotel made a very good impression.Breakfast ok for the price. However, service is not good or non-existent. Coffee had to be requested at reception. The buffet looked "counted out".The location of the hotel is very nice, the city and harbor are within walking distance.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the hotel. The only good thing is that the location is great, there is a lockable bike shed.Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, baked rolls, only boiled eggs every day, a little more could definitely be done. The fact that the reception is only open until 6 p.m. is okay... but you don't even get a drink... A small restaurant where you could end the evening would also be nice.

A really nice hotel, great location, super quiet. Stayed for a weekend over Christmas and enjoyed the Christmas market and illuminated goods. Beautiful large rooms, the breakfast room is something special, Ms. Schwartz at the reception is a gem. We'll definitely be back. We felt very comfortable.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is nice and quiet and, in my opinion, great. There are free public parking spaces right in front of the entrance, but if nothing is available, the hotel also offers paid spaces.You may want to allow more time for breakfast on the weekend (places are full). Care is taken to ensure that there is always more food available if something is empty.The equipment is fine.
