We arrived in July as a couple with a small dog. Of course we were aware that we weren't checking into a luxury resort. But we felt so uncomfortable that we even left the Baltic Sea a day earlier and left again! We had to wait 6 hours until we could get to the room, found a lot of hair in the refrigerator, only a mini cosmetic trash can was available and a drop of hand soap in our room. The sockets next to the bed didn't work.Only one at the sink. There was no toilet paper in the communal toilets on two days, the toilets were full to the brim and there were no paper towels or rubbish bins to dry your hands. The carpets were full of stains everywhere. Furthermore, in addition to the old-fashioned room furnished with the acrid smell of vinegar, the house is so noisy that you can hear your neighbors next door and above you doing the act. Thanks but we'll never come back!

+•Rooms (quite modern) & beds were clean.•The refrigerator in the room could be used at no additional cost.•The way the hotel is described is how you find it.• not far from the beach• Located on the promenade-• Unfortunately the soap was missing.•Parking spaces could also be more.• If you have a room in the next building, the room is more difficult to reach, but still doable.

It's simple and plain but not bad. The service is super friendly and helpful. The rooms were fine and even the shared toilet and shower were clean. Prices and location are perfect!Unfortunately, you can hear a lot from the neighboring rooms, so if you can't handle that, you should find an alternative. Otherwise everything is great!

Hello, I was wondering for a long time whether to choose the island of Rügen or the Polish sea and I chose the island. I am currently on holiday. I don't speak any German but I do not agree with the above opinions. When people criticize what they write, I am very pleased with my stay in this facility. Haus Selin. The facility is very clean rooms well-kept to a high standard everywhere clean staff very friendly people working here are very helpful you can come to an agreement with everything Mrs. manager Edyta is very helpful like her husband, just like what we don't know she will always help our stay is over our car broke down Mrs. manager extended our stay a few days longer, for which we are very grateful to her for finding us another room. And we were not left without a place to stay. I truly recommend this facility with all my heart. Now, whenever I go on holiday, I go to the island and the Haus Selin hotel. Greetings to the entire team, thank you

Great location, great service from the caretaker... but the apartment is very spartan. The toilet bowl has thick, wide stripes that cannot be removed with a brush. And... Please... if cleaning notices something, it should be reported before new guests arrive.
