As for the food, it was monotonous and the dinners were so-so, especially when it comes to the second course, i.e. prepared at the cheapest possible cost. I regretted that I had bought half-board because I would have bought a much better dinner in the city, I know because I did it. As for the rooms, on the first day I had to wipe all the cabinets because they were full of sand and traces of glasses. Just not cleaned. The worst thing was the gap between the door and the floor because you could see the light in the corridor, which made it difficult to sleep. It wasn't just me, I've never seen anything like this before. The view from the window was terrible, onto a garage and a yard. The toilet seat in the bathroom is not only crooked but also broken. The corridor and the elevator were also dirty and had a strange smell. I didn't like this house, for this price everything should have been at the highest level. I don't recommend it

Everything went smoothly in advance. I had to book my short trip in person. For reasons that were slightly postponed, I was offered the opportunity to arrive anyway. From the warm welcome to departure, everything was great. If you're looking for relaxation, you're guaranteed to find it here. The entire hotel team, without exception, is very friendly and considerate. Best regards to Bernd at the reception and chef Adam, keep it up, all guests feel comfortable, whether families or individual travelers. The rooms are very nice and clean, the same applies to the bathroom. I got one with a large balcony, safe at the reception. Anyone who values German-language TV can receive these channels just as wellgood WiFi. A small one. Fridge and kettle in the room. Microwave on the floor. Meals can only be selected for breakfast or Half board (in buffet form) or dinner can be booked. Everything was very tasty. 👍Many health treatments and also a sauna in the house possible. Excursions can be booked on site. Beach less than 5 minutes away, even showers on the beach. Bicycle rental nearby. Very happy again. 👍

We were given a place to stay overnight as soon as we arrived and were able to move into the room quite quickly. Unfortunately, the street noises were loud and sleeping with the window open was not possible... The room was still spacious and clean with a few small exceptions ..Prices are adjusted to German prices, only duality is far removed from German qualities.. The staff makes an effort to fulfill all wishes..The breakfast offered was delicious and very varied..Kitchen staff friendly and nice

Amber has rooms adapted for wheelchair users and an elevator. The facility is clean and the rooms have two towels per person, a kettle, glasses and a fridge, as well as a TV and a hairdryer and glasses in the bathroom. The ladies clean themselves and on request, and change towels and bed linen. Very nice and friendly Polish/German speaking service. Meals: breakfast - Swedish table and dinner + 1/2 Swedish table for those who do not eat something for dinner or cannot eat cooked food at that time. The food is fresh, tasty, just home cooking. There is also a rehabilitation base for those interested. Amber is located 500 m from the sea and 250 m from the Promenade in the heart of Świnoujście. I highly recommend it, you will have as much fun as I did and the prices won't scare you either 😎

If you are planning a vacation in Świnoujście, you have to make a decision. Luxury hotel or normal or a villa. The complaints about outdated buildings are very unfair. Everything is very well maintained, clean and very nice. The young man at the reception speaks several languages and is. super nice and helpfulThe breakfast is great. If you consider that most people eat toast with jam at home, there is a lot of diversity here.Thank you for the lovely holiday and I would love to come back again

I consider my week's stay a success. The spaciousness of the bull's room is fully sufficient, and the cleanliness is also at an acceptable level.Breakfasts are tasty, but in the long run they may seem monotonous.The service was nice and helpful.Possibility of arriving with a cat without any problems, which was important for us when choosing the place.The location of the building is a significant plus. Very close to the promenade and the beach, there is a bicycle rental opposite the building.The disadvantage is the lack of private parking at the spa house. There are several parking lots available not far from the spa house, which the facility recommends.

The facility is located in an excellent location - both close to the beach and the center of Świnoujście, right next to the Spa Park. Rooms renovated and well-equipped. Delicious food - breakfasts are the same every day, but the selection is so large that you can eat something different every time. Home-made dinners, typical Polish cuisine. The biggest advantage is the very nice staff - very polite and helpful, especially Mr. Wojtek from the reception, for whom nothing is a problem and who patiently devotes time to all guests, including the youngest ones 😉. To sum up - our spring stay was very successful and we will gladly come back here.

Only the details are missing for complete satisfaction. I especially praise the hard-working ladies who prepared the breakfasts, which were unrivaled and the ladies who were very patient and willing to please the guests. Dinner a little weaker, but rather in terms of the choice of food (3 dishes out of 7 were steaks). The soups are fine - if you were still hungry, you could finish your meal in the cold kitchen. The rooms are clean, stylish, but the water in the shower had a problem with the drain, the exhaust did not work. I recommend leaving the windows open for air flow. The hotel is very nicely situated a few steps from the sea. The advantage is also the sufficient distance from the nightlife promenade. The receptionists are sufficiently linguistically equipped to agree on anything. I would recommend rearranging the equipment in the dining room, specifically the coffee machine in the corner where most guests go for breakfast, swapping it with one of the tables. Everything written above is the details...we were satisfied, we would come back!
