We came for a short vacation. Unfortunately the WiFi didn't work, but that didn't really bother us. Nice location, nice rooms, delicious, sufficient breakfast. I can only recommend it.

For over 230 euros for one night you are greeted by a sign in the breakfast room asking you not to take anything with you ("Eat yourself fit, but don't take anything with you!"), and in the room the cleaning is only done every two days by saying "the "To protect the environment and save resources". This is unworthy of a four-star hotel!

Great location for bike tours and beach holidays. Bicycles can be parked very well. Location in the forest without street noise and close to the long sandy beach. The staff is very friendly and can give you one or two insider tips. Thank you very much for that.

When we checked in everything was fine, the staff was friendly. But when we got to our room, we noticed that we had been sold a single room for a double room. According to the description in the booking we had a double room with a king-size bed and 24 square meters, in reality the room had a maximum size of 18 square meters and was originally the room that is sold as a single room on the website. When we then tried to speak to the staff, the reception was no longer manned (around 4 p.m., with a check-in time of 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.) and we had to voice our concerns over the phone, which was very harsh was dismissed with the words: “It’s a double room and besides, we’re fully booked anyway.”Otherwise the room was fine, was clean and also had a nice balcony with a view of the greenery. The location to the beach is also wonderful. But if I book a double room, get confirmation in writing and pay, then I would also like to get a double room. The way it was handled was simply unprofessional, so I have no recommendation

The hotel is actually absolutely fine. Rooms are sufficiently large, well furnished and clean. The biggest drawback of the hotel is the lack of fly screens on the windows. Since the hotel is located next to a moor, there are an above-average number of mosquitoes. The hotel can't do anything about that, but it absolutely SHOULD provide fly screens. Otherwise it is absolutely impossible to open the windows and it becomes unbearably warm in the room at night. It's a shame that this has already been mentioned in some reviews but no response has been received. Hence the negative review.The WiFi is also unusable and the service is very poor because most of the time there is no one on site to contact.Actually a really decent hotel for a good price. Unfortunately, due to the points mentioned, we would not come back.

I can't understand the negative reviews.The hotel in a quiet location makes a fairly new impression, our room was very spacious and large enough.The atmosphere of the employees was very good and super friendly.The breakfast was excellent with a varied and varied selection. Scrambled eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, juices, Kaiserschmarrn.We didn't miss anything. We are happy to recommend the hotel.Keep it up. Thanks so much

I can fully understand the negative reviews. We booked there almost 2 years ago. We couldn't travel due to Corona. We canceled in time and have not yet received our deposit of almost 200 euros back. We have already warned several times. It's happened to others too. We will now contact our lawyer as we are not giving this hotel any money. 😤

We had a really nice week here. The hotel is very comfortably located in the forest and you can reach the beach in a short time.The breakfast buffet was varied and nicely presented. We had a room with a balcony, which was really spacious.If our destination is Graal Müritz again, we would be happy to come back.

I really like to be influenced by other reviews and would be in a bad mood because I found some bad reviews after I booked.Contrary to this, I was very positively surprised, it was super clean, the staff was very friendly, the beds were great. Our room was completely big enough, the balcony was nice and big. The breakfast was rich, with fresh fruit and scrambled eggs and Kaiserschmarrn and much more... Even the dog was allowed to have breakfast outside on the terrace.The only thing that is not possible is that dogs must be kept on a leash, even on dog beaches. Who thinks about something like that..!!Otherwise we were very positively surprised and would like to come back.

Been here for the first time, location ideal to the beach, 200m. Breakfast buffet was rich and good, service staff were friendly and nice... nothing was cleared away from under our noses, as often mentioned. Room was clean and spacious for 2 people, you don't need anything more. There was no mosquito plague, the balcony was always open, we just pulled the curtain at night. Conclusion: 0 mosquito bites in the hotel... 5 bites in the woods on excursions... now to the disadvantages: WiFi is really unusable, almost no reception on all devices, and too slow. It's definitely not the fault of the guests and their devices. It's just a lousy repeater... and the bike garage is a bit small for the number of guests' bikes, it can't be locked and the socket is really on the wrong side.😉😉 Otherwise we liked it, 1 star deducted because of the WiFi and The Garage. Otherwise great.

Great proximity to the beach. Vacationers who live in the main building are not allowed to dry beach utensils, towels, bathing suits on the railing as it spoils the view of the hotel. Unable to use WiFi. Breakfast is actually something you look forward to, unfortunately not in this case. Packaging finished. It wasn't attractive and prepared with love. The breakfast terrace is completely non-smoking. There was no response to requests from several guests as to whether there would be an option for a table a little further away. Otherwise, the terrace was not allowed to be used even though there was no opportunity to sit anywhere. Fan in the bathroom ran forever in our room. You had to cool your own drinks in the bathroom sink as there was no refrigerator. There is a hotel vending machine with chilled drinks and snacks that are very overpriced.

No mosquito net on the windows, lots of mosquitoes, it's not possible to sleep with the windows open, while you're having breakfast the staff simply remove the dishes from the table, loud background noise, very unfriendly staff. No go for holiday guests who love a leisurely breakfast. I wouldn't book here again because the service is very good Leaves a lot to be desired and the price/performance ratio is not right, overpriced!!!

Actually a nice hotel (from the outside). We had booked 7 days and left after 2 days, I think that says it all.We got to our room, it was much smaller than in the photos, big praise to the photographer who took these pictures, they have nothing to do with reality. We continued to look around and found cobwebs, dirty windows, a broken balcony window and, last but not least, mold in the shower. After the first night we got up and itched, but I wouldn't like to go into more detail about that. Fly screens would also be appropriate to keep out the many mosquitoes, but leaving the window open overnight was absolutely not possible. So we decided to leave, told the receptionist and no one cared why we wanted to leave.The only positive thing was the proximity to the beach.So unfortunately we wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Simple hotel with little service. You have to find out beforehand what the lofty term “Garni” means. Far too expensive for the performance offered. Very bad WiFi. Clean, apart from the bathroom ventilation filter. Small bicycle storage room for 10-12 bicycles, not locked, 1 three-socket distributor, which is also hanging on the wrong wall.The service staff at the good breakfast are very friendly.

Nice hotel in a quiet location, the Baltic Sea can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.Breakfast buffet was good and completely sufficient.The rooms are relatively large and well equipped.We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Rooms were modernly furnished, beds were comfortable (hard mattress). TV available and hairdryer also only worked to a limited extent. Towels and soap available.Unfortunately there is no fridge, kettle or similar utensils in the room, which is a shame since the hotel only offers breakfast.The weather was bad and we were cold so a warm drink would have been great. There is a snack machine. Renting a bike was easy (7 euros a day). However, the reception is only staffed in the mornings, otherwise someone can be reached via telephone. Breakfast was sufficient with 3 to 4 types of cheese and sausage. Fruit and vegetables, scrambled eggs and alternating pancakes or similar. The biggest negative point is the WiFi, which simply extends to the lobby and it gets tight in the room. Room cleaning works without any problems.
