Very nice accommodation. Finally with a refrigerator (Suite Delux) for our water.Everyone was very friendly and if something wasn't right, you could talk and they would try to make it possible. We were very satisfied, also with the breakfast.I liked that the butter was specially packed. Some people rummage around there on purpose.Completely satisfied, we will definitely come back. We had a very clean room.However, flushing the toilet was a disaster and the shower door squeaked so badly that it hurt my ears.This was noted immediately upon departure.We find the rooms to be noisy. At least if guests feel like they have to push their chairs around until late at night. It was very unpleasant at times.At night the alarm system beeped every minute in the hallway. This was immediately resolved the next day.The staff and service are great. Especially the lady at breakfast. Everything is freshly prepared with a lot of love at the buffet. There was also more than enough choice for guests who came later for breakfast. Fresh coffee was on the table, and there was even decaffeinated coffee for my partner.However, we do not recommend the place for younger couples. On weekends the curbs are raised at 4 p.m. and there's nothing going on.Since it was already afternoon when we passed through the town of Waren, we would have had to drive a few kilometers to be able to experience something in the evening.

Child-friendly (e.g. at breakfast: children's dishes, small playground available, toddler facilities in the rooms/suites) and a beautiful location (near the old town, Müritz thermal baths around the corner, large playground nearby) with lots of greenery. Suites was well equipped and clean.We would love to come back 😀

Were from June 18th to June 21st. in this very quiet hotel.Everything is easy to reach. The room was spacious for 2 people. Very clean, the bathroom was very small.Breakfast was sufficient, nothing special.Very nice and welcoming staff. Helped immediately if there were any problems.

Unfortunately, we were not reserved the ground floor room that we had been promised in the phone call.Instead we had to drag our suitcases to the second floor, which is very inconvenient at our age.It's bad enough that you can no longer rely on such promises.Very bad service!!!

We were there with a small child and a dog, 11 € per day for the dog's allowance (2 bowls) was a little overpriced, unfortunately there is no oven and only 1 broom available for all holiday apartments. I would give the reception 0 points for the actually simple directions. The rooms are simply furnished but adequate (except for the small couch) otherwise a quiet place, well suited for families with dogs and or older people as well as for cyclists. What we really liked was the combination with the use of the thermal baths and the proximity to the harbor and shops, as we were completely self-sufficient. Price is very cheap for this region 4 days for 4 adults with a small child and dog as well as 2 parking spaces and tourist tax 400€. Nature-loving people will feel very comfortable there.

We felt very comfortable during our long weekend. More of an apartment than a hotel room with lots of space and a kitchenette. The rich breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. I found the beautifully set birthday table very attentive - thank you very much again! The location is great, you can reach the city center with various restaurants and a supermarket, as well as the harbor and the thermal baths within a few minutes' walk.

Nice, small hotel, in a quiet location, super nice garden, especially ideal for children. Location very nice, everything can be reached in a short time. Room (suite) very nice, well equipped, only the bathroom is a bit small. Staff very friendly, accommodating, responsive to the guests. Many details such as high chairs for children, diaper pails, etc. were simply provided - other, more expensive hotel (chains) charge extra fees. Very pleasant stay for families with (small) children. The breakfast buffet is really delicious and has a wide selection.If you book directly through the hotel, you as a guest get free entry to the local thermal baths during your stay - these can be reached in 3 minutes on foot!All in all a great stay, we would love to come back

Clean large apartment. Great bread roll service and nice reception. Nice, quiet location, good connections and easy access to various sights and other places to explore the beautiful lake district. Gladly again
