I was here in October for a spa vacation. Had a very nice single room in the residence. It was extremely clean and tidy. The spa area is also very attractively designed. I find the food to be very good. It was always refilled. There is only room for improvement when it comes to dessert... I would like to point out two things: (Attention: you always have to go to the main building for spa treatments!)1. The tub for the brine bath in the spa area should have a railing on the stairs so that it is easier to get in and out.2. It would be nice to have a sign right at the entrance on the sports field side for orientation so that you know where you have to go. The path to the beach/promenade is approx. 800 m. Bus stops to the city and the harbor are only approx. 150 m away and can be reached quickly.

Starting with breakfast - there is no seating at normal tables, so guests are forced to sit at coffee tables of four that barely fit their plates. There were at least 80 people in the breakfast room, and the staff provided... one coffee machine. This generated queues in which you had to stand for up to 10 minutes. As for the spa - a total failure. Guests have no qualms about entering saunas in wet swimsuits, straight after swimming in chlorinated water, which is not only unhygienic, but downright disgusting! Getting their attention? Completely ignored. The hotel staff was also helpless - one of the employees told me that "she won't do anything anyway because it doesn't make sense." Even when I asked her to intervene personally, she refused any help!Small jacuzzi with cold water. The "spa zone" in the main building is a joke - a mini jacuzzi, two deckchairs, a small swimming pool, a sauna for three people. In addition, the infrared sauna kept turning off, you had to open the door and wave a towel to lower the temperature. The staff nonchalantly informed me that it was "normal" because "that's how the cycle works." Seriously? The worst, however, was the behavior of the guests, mainly Germans, who, without any respect for others, entered the saunas in flip-flops, with phones in their hands, and in soaked swimsuits. They swim in the pool in T-shirts, scream and act as if culture was a foreign concept to them. Service? He doesn't react at all. This place is a complete disappointment and waste of money. I do not recommend it to anyone at all and I will definitely never go back there again!

I was pleasantly surprised from start to finish! I didn't really expect the rooms, the treatments, the range of food and the cleanliness. (I had completely different experiences a few years ago in Kolberg at the Hotel Gryff.)I say a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who made this experience possible for me!

We were very satisfied. Starting with the nice telephone contact. Emails were answered within a very short time. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and informed about everything. The room was spacious and well furnished. Nice shower room. Everything was very clean (in the whole hotel). Everyone in the restaurant, bar and SPA area was very friendly. Breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful and good. The pool in the main building was large enough. Unfortunately few loungers. 2 saunas, but unfortunately no relaxation room. The restaurant could be more comfortable. We would love to come back and can recommend the hotel! Thanks to the entire team!

At the Weranda bar in the residence, the bartender was very unpleasant, she worked casually, the bar was open until 10 p.m., and the report was done before the given time and there was no possibility of making a purchase. The rest of the hotel was very fine, the rest of the waiters in the restaurant were very nice and helpful.

We've been on site since Sunday last week, but unfortunately we're heading home again tomorrow. We are extremely happy with this hotel, an absolute stroke of luck. We have a room in the residence. It is super clean, has a balcony and a very nice bathroom. Staff friendly throughout. Hotel super clean. Room cleaning daily. Food great! In the morning breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The buffet is constantly being refilled and everything tastes very tasty. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the beach and promenade, depending on how fast you walk.Great location, very quiet and yet central. Everything is very easy to reach on foot.We can recommend the hotel 100%. Would love to come back.

Very clean rooms. Not much space in the cafeteria. BEWARE of the swimming pool closing hours because they turn off the lights without warning. Minus paid parking and a funny atmosphere.

I would have actually given 5 stars for everything, but now this happens: the service at the reception in the restaurant and in the bar really leaves a lot to be desired. It would be appropriate to conduct friendliness training for some employees. We are all paying guests and it is certainly not too much to ask to treat us with respect, even if it is just a smile 😃 😃 😃. The food, the rooms, the swimming pool and everything around it was great. Nevertheless, I can still recommend it if you ignore a few details.
