A beautiful old villa, my single room with a veranda and a sea view, I felt comfortable, a rich breakfast buffet, plenty of coffee and fresh fruit. I'd love to come back!

The hotel is 2 minutes from the beach. We had a spacious room with a balcony and partial sea view, which was perfect for us. The only thing missing is a small fridge, which is extremely important on warm summer days, and a kettle. The breakfast is completely fine, there is what you need in the morning, I don't understand the complainers and the staff are also very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and quite newly furnished, the pool is small but OK, there is also a drinks machine for the small expensive ones!!!! Thirst in between.

The hotel has a great location. When we arrived we had to report this to the neighboring hotel. The reception is not staffed at Villa Auszeit, but that's not a problem. We had a family room which was on the top floor. Rooms are always tidy and clean, just as you want them to be. Top friendly staff from room service to breakfast. Sauna pool was also great. There was something for everyone at the breakfast buffet. Filter coffee was not automatic, but it was still good 👍🏼The only mango (but that's the case on the whole island), the rolls to bake.Otherwise everything was great 👍🏼 would come again

The vacation was nice. The hotel is ok for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is also ok. If you have more demands you should look for something else. We were here 2 years ago when parking was free. Now we have paid €46 for 3 days with the Easy Park app.The reason was that when we booked we were not told that there were no more free places behind the house. The hotel also didn't offer us to rent a parking space. When we arrived we were told that all the spaces were rented, we can park in areas with the Easy Park app and that Bansin is so small for so many cars.This was our last vacation in this hotel!!!

The hotel is a bed and breakfast and corresponds to a lot.The location is very well known and beautiful, our check-in was quick, despite the misunderstanding of the parking lot, we had to find a parking space ourselves.We booked a room on the first floor for four days. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view but without a refrigerator or a kettle.Something like that would have been really nice.As a bed and breakfast, the hotel only offers breakfast.The buffet wasn't anything special, but you could eat something.The staff was unfriendly and not happy to be available.As an Italian, I always like to drink a few double espressos at breakfast, as does my partner, but in order to have these hot drinks I constantly had to go straight to the waitresses because we were never asked if we wanted something hot to drink after we ordered annoyed.By the way, we never had a double espresso, but a long one in a small cup.I am lactose and gluten intolerant and that was made very clear when we booked the room.I'm not allowed to eat that much, some cereal and fruit.It was confirmed to us that oat milk as an alternative would not have been a problem, but I had to ask for it every day and in this case too the employees looked annoyed.Incredible!!!This daily unpleasant situation at breakfast ruined the day a bit.Too bad.

Actually quite good, unfortunately the breakfast wasn't, the buffet was okay but the strange coffee (not clear over there) taste wasn't fresh like from an old thermos flask you have to imagine and the cheap baked rolls ruined the good thing.Why doesn't anyone support the regional one? Baker? a pity everywhere...

Completely fine for a 3-star hotel!Unfortunately, the reception wasn't staffed, so you had to cross the street and sort things out there if you had any concerns. Which is possible, but overall it feels nicer when the reception is occupied. But this is probably only the case in high season.The hallway of the hotel looks a bit run down and the doors are old-fashioned, but the rooms are relatively new and therefore the room is quite pleasant.The cleanliness of the entire hotel was really good and there was nothing to complain about. The staff (breakfast and cleaning) were incredibly friendly and accommodating!

We (a married couple with 2 teenagers) chose the hotel according to the criteria 1. Price/performance 2. Pool 3. Family rooms 4. Close to the beach (or centrally accessible to everything). All criteria were met by staying at Villa Auszeit. We felt very comfortable here. The breakfast was exactly what we expected from a three star hotel. The reception was unmanned the whole time, but since you could always go to the hotel opposite, that didn't bother us at all. The hotel is quiet, the staff is very friendly. There is the luxury of a second television and a small "storage room" for shoes, bottles, bags, etc. in the family room. Luckily for us, the only thing missing was a coffee machine and a refrigerator, but that is complaining on a high level.

Super close to the beach (60 m (!)), but at the same time quieter than the hotels directly on the beach promenade.Rooms are newly furnished, clean and comfortable. Only sometimes a squeaky door handle or a scratched door frame.The staff deserve the highest praise for their politeness and courteousness; you feel very well looked after here.Breakfast buffet very rich.Pool and sauna small but nice.It was a great stay!

After we changed the room, it was ok. Some of them haven't been modernized yet. Breakfast was good but not nicely presented. Otherwise you can get to the beach quickly and also have a great view of the sea

The price-performance ratio room with a balcony is not suitable, you sit deep below a parking lot and not on a balcony (118). Too expensive for that! You could hear the footsteps from the room above us. Reception was only temporarily occupied. Parking spaces too far away and too expensive! Not even changed the towel. The ambience at breakfast was not nice, dishes were clattering loudly, rolls were very hard, always over-baked and never fresh.The location of the hotel was great, so it made up for one thing or another.
