The "suite" in the attic was very spacious. It has a bedroom, living room with two additional beds and a bathroom. It wasn't the most modern and everything was a little old, but you had everything you needed. Very suitable for an overnight stay for 2-3 days. The delivery of the code for the key box worked very well and we were able to check in around 3:00 p.m.In our opinion, the mattresses in the bedroom could have been better. They were very soft and gave a slightly “saggy” impression. The outdoor area behind the house could be a little better maintained (it's just something for the eye). You could also repair a few small things in the room, such as replacing drawers or defective lamps. You might also want to reconsider the reading material laid out in the cupboards.Breakfast can be booked for €8.00 per person. Can absolutely recommend. Everything you need for a good breakfast was there. All in all a good price/performance ratio for room and breakfast. (To be fair, the rating would be between three and four stars, which isn't bad). Parking spaces are available free of charge in front of the house.

Not good, most of the facilities are "off limits". You only have your room and that's it. The rooms are a joke as well. On the surface it might looks nice on a picture but everything is broken or not working. The wallpaper, while basically very expensive, is falling off the wall. It might was a nice location, with style and chic but that's long gone. It is run down and only maintained with minial efford.Loose laminat on the ground, zip tie to fix the shower head. Spiders everywhere, this tells you about the cleaning of the rooms. No smoke detector on the ceiling, but without batteries in the cupboard. This gives also some idea abut safety standards. At least the roof didn't leak, but it didn't rained so what do I know. All pretty bad and awfully cheap and lackluster. This is also obvious in the check in process as well, just a key box and the reception is only staffed during lunch time.I really don't advise to visit, juts bad spend money.

The hotel actually looks quite nice from the outside, it is also in a quiet location and you can look out of the window at green trees. The beds were also clean and the breakfast was ok, although the coffee was only lukewarm. The ladies who prepared breakfast were very hard-working and helpful. But... when we arrived there was only one key (instead of 2) in the key box. Since the reception is not staffed, we called the corresponding number, but, as many previous people had already reported, we couldn't reach anyone. We then found the second key in the room. Other travelers who arrived later were not so lucky. That alone simply doesn't work. We were traveling with two small children and I can't imagine what stress it would have been if we had been like the other guests who hadn't found their key at all. Well, one room was ok, the other was only partially cleaned. Mirror in the bathroom full of toothpaste splatters, shower gel from the previous one still in the shower and to top it all off, a cockroach on the wall of the bedroom. Something like this happens, but it's not a problem in itself if there is a contact person in the hotel (or at least someone can be reached on the phone) with whom you can look for solutions. Sure, it was the cheapest hotel around, but you can still expect a cleaned room if you pay over 100 euros for one night.

If you want to take a really hot shower, the hotel is recommended. It's a shame, no staff, therefore very impersonal and the best days were over. We didn't accept the invitation for breakfast...

The bathroom was dirty, lots of hair on the floor, dirty shower. Terrible and disgusting. Complete disappointment. No one on site to solve the problems. Not recommendable.

It was okay for one night. However, it wasn't particularly clean. There was still hair in the shower drain, as well as on the shelf above the sink :( The carpet and the walls were covered in stains. There was obviously no vacuuming under the beds either...Unfortunately, the shower didn't close completely either because it was completely warped. The cloakroom wasn't mopped at all, there was a lot of dust and dirt there...The furnishings are very old, but more or less everything is there. Of course, you can't expect great luxury here in the form of a kettle, small refrigerator or the like.I can't say anything about the service because I didn't see anyone. The bottom line is that if you really just come here to spend the night and don't care much about cleanliness, it will definitely be enough.A little more emphasis should be placed on cleanliness and possibly also on the furnishings, as they are already very old. However, we found the price for one night (€70 for us) a bit high given the “defects”.
