Rooms are a bit small, little storage but sufficient. But there is a lot of space in the bathroom. The breakfast is great. Always fresh rolls (even on Sundays), fresh fruit, large selection of sausage and cheese. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and the service staff were all very friendly. Great area for cycling or hiking. If the weather doesn't cooperate, simply use the guest card to explore the excursion destinations in the area free of charge by bus (which also transports bicycles). It was a nice short vacation for us.

We only ate there because we still had time before the carriage ride to the wildlife park began. Our favorite dish was also on the menu and of course we took it. OCHSENBAECKCHEN... It was again very tasty

I thought reception could be friendlier.After a long wait, barely lukewarm water arrived in the room. After complaining, the answer came: it can't beIn the restaurant it was the crowning glory after 45 minutes that one dish (for my wife) was no longer available, the second dish for me took and then took again. Then after 60 minutes I complained, yes that is the case that was the case!!?? If it hadn't been possible to inform the customer in advance, certainly yes. But the frustration was quite great, drinks and starters were paid for and that was it. Since it was almost 8 p.m., there was no alternative and we left hungry.Breakfast from the buffet was great...You have to think about whether you book here again.

Very nice hotel on the Müritz, not far from the Müritz National Park.There are many excursion options. Bicycle and kayak rentals nearby - at good prices and with nice tours (also suitable for paddling beginners). There is a beautiful bathing bay at the campsite near the hotel (you can also learn to surf here, for example) - particularly suitable for families with small children, as the water is very shallow for quite a long time.About the hotel: Very nice rooms (with a balcony), absolute peace - excellent for escaping the stress of everyday life. Very good, rich breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired and the food in the restaurant was also top. Great service and overall very nice helpful staff. We'd love to come back!

Hotel is very remote. Room and breakfast are ok. Dinner is offered as a set menu and is absolutely not child-friendly!!! Despite prior agreement, requests are ignored and, to top it off, the unfriendly, annoyed waiter comments on the second evening: "Then you'll just have to eat it!" Luckily we only had 2 dinners and the children (4 + 9) went hungry. Never this hotel again!!!

The video shows the parking lot. It's totally quiet here... The reception was nice, the rooms are spacious, the TV a bit small but ok. The furniture is good, although the backrest of the bed looks a bit worn but is functional. However, at least our room could use a portion of loving attention (papering/painting sensibly). It's not bad but... could be a little better. The area, the bike paths, the view... Everything was great! I posted a picture on the way to goods. I'm looking forward to breakfast tomorrow, that'll definitely be good too...In fact, fruit, eggs, a fully automatic coffee machine and regular coffee, everything is there. Rolls of scrambled eggs are replenished.

Been here several times to eat. Good tasting, nicely presented food, friendly, dedicated service. Fair pricing, quality is consistent.The location is pleasantly quiet, as it is practically at the "entrance" to the Müritz National Park.

House 🏡 functional and clean.Nice room BUT, no kettle and Keene microwave. Little cutlery and a loud dishwasher 😗. Stairs upstairs are a bit wobbly. Bedrooms had no doors. It's bad when someone snores. WiFi reception was VERY bad. However, it could also have been due to our three cell phones 😜.Staff friendly.Many guests arrived by bicycle. - Piggyback - on the car.

The hotel with the main building and several branches is located in the middle of nature, close to the gate to the Müritz National Park. We had 1 more spacious room with a terrace, everything was clean and practically furnished. In the restaurant we were offered a great service by the chef, delicious and sometimes unusual combinations of dishes, large portions, and all brought to the table by very friendly service staff.The breakfast buffet at a price of €17.50 was good, but with artificial scrambled eggs, no grilled sausages or bacon, andNo fish specialties whatsoever, although there are fish smokeries nearby, it was a normal breakfast without much variety. There was also fruit, muesli, cheese and sausage products as well as tea and coffee in a variety of flavors. We found the breakfast time from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. too short; 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. would have been better, then you could start the bike tour earlier before it gets hot.

Already eaten here for the second time, price/performance ratio is right, service/especially the waiter is nice and helpful, even by phone (since we couldn't find the way due to the construction site).Salad is fresh, burger tastes good, location is great and quiet!I can't estimate the room as we only ate. These are probably ok, as the rest of the facility and dining room were very well maintained.

We were here for dinner for the first time in 2023 and now again in 2024. I can't say anything about the rooms and the service in the hotel. But the food is absolutely delicious. No matter whether you sit inside the restaurant or outside on the terrace, you feel comfortable. We never had to wait long for the food and my special requests were also fulfilled. Everyone was friendly, but the prices could have been a little lower. But I understand that it is just a holiday area.
