In fact, we would rename the hotel “KeinSinn”. There is a smell of food throughout the hotel. The staff seems unmotivated and a smile would have been nice. The breakfast tables were cleaned by us guests. Everything seems kind of sleazy. The spa area, which was supposedly closed three days ago, has unfortunately not been usable for weeks, as it later turned out.Yes, we were accommodated in terms of price, but unfortunately that didn't improve the overall impression.A Binz holiday can be so nice but in the future in a different accommodation!

Stylish hotel in a prime location, the rooms also seem solid at first glance, but the sanitary area urgently needs to be improved and the housekeeping needs to be retrained, the balcony was more of a small exit that was a foot wide and the furniture had already suffered quite a bit, breakfast was a catastrophe that we only caused ourselves once; we then preferred to have breakfast at the bakery around the corner

This market store is a disasterYou come in and at first you think it looks nice. We stayed in the Suite Hotel and you can get a 10% discount with the silver card if you order pizza or something similar. Takes it to the room.Tuna Pizza was ok for the price but the second day was a disaster200g salmon 18 euros...is disproportionate, including waiting for half an hour even though there was nothing going on. Guys, you'd better go to the gosch or every other store in Binz is worth your money. What a shame, nice location. When asked if they also had tiramisu, they replied: it's delicious, but I don't know. Unprofessionalism in the whole sense.

Terrible Experience – Don’t Stay Here!Our stay at this hotel was a complete disaster from the start. Upon arrival, we were given a key to a room that was already occupied! After several room changes, we ended up in a completely different category of room, which was supposed to be "better" but was far from it. The room was unappealing, in a different building, and nothing like what we had booked. Worse still, we were informed that our originally booked room was given to another guest who extended their stay. How is that even possible? To make matters worse, the hotel is poorly maintained and clearly neglected. The walls are dirty, the furniture is in bad shape, and the whole place feels rundown. We also tried using the spa, only to find it a mess – no towels, broken lights in the changing rooms, cold saunas, and a drained pool. The pump kept making noise, ruining what little atmosphere there was. We complained about all of this, but no one ever responded, and we received no compensation. Even though they moved us to the correct room the next day, the staff was incredibly arrogant and dismissive. The entire experience has been awful, and I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to stay away. The service and quality of the hotel do not match the high price at all. Absolutely not worth it!

When checking in, everything was OK. Questions and changes were implemented. Breakfast OK, only the rolls were baked if you like it. Top seller Birds fly around in the breakfast room, and dogs are allowed according to the hotel, but not at breakfast, it doesn't happen that way every day. Staff just looks away. Apparently it's completely normal. Wellness pool out of order Mold on the wall, chipped tiles not inviting, also broken for a long time.

Positive: 1A location, 100m from the pedestrian zone 150m from the pier. Underground parking 12 euros per night. Breakfast was also very good. Room good with some quirks.Staff tries their best...Negative:Booked for 4 seasons, simply moved to the Meersinn (sister hotel) without asking. Unfortunately, when the bill was paid on site, the booked price was not charged, but almost 100 euros more. Ok, it was changed. In the room we noticed that we were staying for 3 nights but for 6!! Nights had paid for the garage, so we went back down. The pool in the wellness area was closed, but there was a bottle of wine at the end...ok...I would have preferred to use the pool.We were told this when checking in. Great... I was looking forward to it. A day later, when we wanted to go to the sauna or whirlpool and were alone in the spa area, we realized that everything was cold...we just forgot to turn it on...grrrr...The hotel doesn't have any!!! Air conditioning... lots of glass... uff... we arrived at 33 degrees, luckily the room was in the shade in the afternoon... it was still 30 degrees in the room. Book a room at the back!!!!On the whole we were really annoyed at times, this food market also definitely needs an explanation... just ask. I would book it again, but call beforehand...pool???..where is the room???Staff tries hard, but it's just not enough. There are already a lot of construction sites (staff, etc.) that the hotel has that needs to be worked on...overall, some areas are in need of renovation.If everything is sorted out, then you deserve 5 stars, so it's actually only enough for 2, 3 is because of the location.

Hello dear people,This is my second time in this hotel, but unfortunately this time was the last time.I had booked a double room and a junior suite for the entire family. When we arrived we were greeted unfriendly and not very competently. The rooms were swapped first, then we had to look for our suite ourselves because the receptionist had just gotten her dinner. We looked for our rooms for half an hour. Parking garage was only free in the Four Seasons. It wasn't explained how the food market works, nothing. Then we discovered this principle ourselves. Since our children were hungry after a long journey, they got pizza twice and pasta once. On one pizza we found a piece of plastic that looked like a tooth. We would have preferred to leave straight away. The manager commented on it the next day, but unfortunately there was no response from the manager.Cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. Very unmotivated, not very competent staff. Breakfast, well, that's how it works. Rooms at the front are very noisy, deliveries for the Edeka across the street start at 6 a.m.This hotel was the last we saw. I will no longer recommend it. Price performance is definitely not right in this house.Unfortunately, the location is great.

Check in check out smoothly. Breakfast was completely sufficient and delicious!The only "drawback" was that the pool wasn't open; you would have had to go over to the partner hotel. Parking for €12 in the partner hotel “4 Seasons” was also ok. Location also perfect. 5 minutes to the beach

Our stay was a nightmare. There were large cobwebs hanging around the room, as if there hadn't been any cleaning in months. The "fresh" bed linen was full of stains - just disgusting. The shower switched uncontrollably between freezing cold and boiling hot, making a simple shower a torture. Anyone who spends the night here risks a horror trip!The low point was the hotel's restaurant. A plastic ball in the pizza dough spoiled my appetite. The manager promised compensation, but was completely indifferent the next day. No apology, no accommodation - just disappointing.This stay was a disaster from start to finish. I would strongly advise anyone not to book this hotel. It ruined our entire vacation and I can only hope other travelers make better choices.

We had breakfast in this hotel as out-of-house guests and were completely satisfied. For 18 euros you get various hot and cold drinks, a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes and a nice ambience with many opportunities to choose the best place to sit.We didn't have to reserve in advance either. You pay at the reception and then you can start feasting from 7:30 a.m.We will definitely come back often.

The positive first: the hotel is in a really good location, you can easily get anywhere on foot. We paid € 961 for 2 double rooms and 4 people for 2 nights and this is where the problem starts. For the price I expected a lot more, the room was still okay, but the rest of the hotel could use a basic renovation, the furniture in the breakfast room ( Winter garden) that looks so inviting in the hotel photos was so rocky. I didn't take any photos of it, but if you look through the other reviews you'll get a pretty good impression.

The entire hotel furnishings appear worn and dingy. Room cleaning is only carried out very superficially. Extreme smell in the room. We had air conditioning in the room, which helped a bit with the room getting extremely hot. The lighting in the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. The first bottle of water in the room was also missing. Coffee and tea facilities only for a fee. Breakfast was completely disorganized. Small birds fly through the dining room and kitchen. Seating furniture in the guest room is contaminated with bird droppings. The underground car park is also drowning in bird droppings and needs to be cleaned. The car was also contaminated with bird droppings after 7 days. I would call €17 per day an impudence. The wellness and spa area including swimming pool dissolves into layers of paint and plaster. Overall, you get the impression that you just want to make a lot of money quickly. The staff seems unmotivated and overwhelmed.

Not recommended.The whole hotel is very worn out, untidy and not clean, needs a complete basic cleaning.Absolutely no value for money, in any respect.The only positive thing: room size and proximity to the beach. Bedroom OKCheck-in was very brief and unfriendly, no information about the “Food Market” concept, which we didn’t understand until we left.Drinking glasses in the hotel room very dirty, streaks and “other residue” from previous guests.Cosmetic mirror very dirty with make-up residue… Even after mentioning it twice.Blood splatters on the wall next to the mirror.Toilet superficially clean but strong urine discoloration.Balcony: glasses very dirty,Bird droppings and footprints from previous residents.The garage is locked from a certain time and cannot be opened by yourself. Employees from the partner hotel have to be called to open the garage (reception not occupied).Garage = Smoking prohibited, but is used by employees as a smoking break room and looks accordingly.Birds nest in the garage and the cars look the same.Breakfast very monotonous, birds flying through the breakfast room and into the kitchen = very unhygienic. There is a chain curtain (against the birds?) in the garden that is tied together by the employees and thus completely misses its goal.The toilet on the ground floor is cleaned once a day at 7 a.m., so it can sometimes no longer be used in the afternoon...SPA/Wellness: not worth the name, an imposition and should be closed.
