Great. Brand new hotel, everything fresh and modern, a 10 minute walk to the pedestrian zone, for the central location the 15 euro parking fee is basically okay.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and practically furnished. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The service is extremely friendly and accommodating.You can park around the corner in a DB parking lot for €5 a day.

Clean beautiful rooms.It was also nice that there were pillows in different hardnesses. Staff were friendly but you could tell they were often inexperienced (which is totally understandable at a new hotel)I would not eat breakfast at the hotel though. Much of the food was not restocked which makes it not worth the price.Hotel itself is definitely recommended.

Hotel is very centrally located. 5 minutes to the train station. 10 minutes walk to the Holstentor and then you are practically in the center.Rooms were very nice and clean.

Very central next to the train station and the central bus station. In the future there will be bus stops for long-distance buses in front of the entrance.The hotel is still very new and therefore I can't criticize anything further. But extraordinarily clean and tidy. The cleaning is something that takes some getting used to compared to the other hotels I visitedRoom. Only from 4 days and on request. Fine, I can live with that. But maybe emptying the trash and restocking toilet paper every day would be nice. Little things, complaining at a high level. In any case, I found my stay very good

Great hotel! Unfortunately, there may be a mini fridge missing, but apart from that there was nothing missing! The cocktails in the house are also super tasty and high quality! And the staff is more than friendly, and the hotel is centrally located in the old town and right next to the train and bus stations! Next to the hotel you will find a parking lot operated by DB with a daily fee of €5! We'd love to come back

Premier Inn is right at the central train station, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience.The hotel is super big and has a modern, stylish vibe. The lounge area was super chic, with comfortable armchairs and sofas, perfect for unwinding. The bartenders were incredibly warm and friendly. They even let us enjoy our own drinks there, making the atmosphere feel very welcoming and relaxed.The room itself was relatively spacious, with a comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The shower was fantastic, with perfect water pressure, which is always a plus.However, there were a couple of minor downsides. The blanket was way too thick and warm for me, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use. On the bright side, they offered two types of pillows — soft and firm — and they left a note on the bed explaining that the firmer pillow was available in the closet, which was a nice touch.Another thing to note is that the hotel didn’t have a gym, which was a bit of a disappointment.Despite these small issues, it was a really nice stay, and I would recommend the hotel for its convenience, comfort, and friendly staff.

Rooms perfect, service and staff perfect, location great... even the train station doesn't really bother you at night. The location close to the center makes the hotel a great starting point for all kinds of excursions in Lübeck, the bus station and the main train station right in front of the door make a car almost unnecessary, and the parking lot, which costs 15 euros per day, solves many problems with parking Cars as the area doesn't have much parking space. All in all completely satisfied...

New hotel. Small rooms, but nice. No cleaning included, which does not match the number of stars. Clean towels and top-up of coffee for the room, you have to ask for and pick up yourself. No phone in the room, you have to get hold of the reception, you have to look for a number you can call. Long queue at check-in and check-out. On the last day, the breakfast staff accused us of not having paid for the last day's breakfast. When she found out about the mistake the front desk had made, there was no apology. We will not come again.
